The hotel is well-located, in a safe area close to the train station, restaurants and the supermarket. It is also very clean. There is no reception but they are quite responsive through text. There was a fridge and a safe, which was great. There is free fruit and coffee at the entrance of the hotel.

There is no reception. I also stayed there for a week and no one cleaned my room at any time during my stay. It would have been nice if they cleaned it at least once or twice during my stay. Very small room, good for one person but I think that for two people it would be too tight.

Location is great—close by great restaurants, right in the middle of downtown. A 5-minute walk from the main city square with the county museum, movie theather, supermarket, pharmacy, train station. Honestly, this is the best value you'll get for such a great location.

The room refrigerator and the bathroom vent both were a little noisy. However, when turning off the bathroom light/vent, the noise stopped. And I got used to the refrigerator noise after a while. Also, to watch TV you need to use your device and cast it to the TV. I wasn't able to do that because my room TV wasn't showing up as an option for casting, so I didn't watch TV at all.

The facility has an automatic front desk. Unfortunately the automatic procedure to obtain the door codes did not work for me. I was solo traveling in the US, and basically remained for a while locked out of the hotel. Unfortunately the assistance on WhatsApp was not immediate to respond, and the phone assistance required an US number I did not have. Fortunately, someone I met was gentle enough to call the support for me, which called back on my WhatsApp number. Once established the connection, they were very friendly and supportive in fixing the problem and also offered a room upgrade for a subsequent stay.

The second morning I woke up to Construction work and then I added an extra night and my TV didn’t work, but I ended up going out to dinner and then picking up some batteries for the Roku remote and then it worked. I feel that if something goes wrong, you have to take care of it yourself because there’s nobody hereto help you and you just end up messaging back-and-forth with the owner.

Two people could work comfortably at the desk in the room. While the fridge looked small it satisfied our needs. The staff exceeded expectations on terms of satisfying a number of our requests. A good laundry and a hot drink machine. Comfortable lobby.

Bathroom size is a bit small for two people.

Neat and clean, supplies provided in the room including water, coffee etc were what we needed including iron and ironing board. You got a 10 on that. You know what travelers needed, and property is close to everything.

The TV could be more useful if there is at least local news, after all you provide the internet. You have the Samsung Smart TV which free channels actually.

The location is very convenient close to the Redwood city train station and also to the downtown where you can find numerous restaurants and bars. The room facilitated all my needs, and its size was perfect. The check-in and out went smoothly.

The bed sheets and the towels were a little bit dusty. There was a weird thing at night that sometimes the motion sensor turned on the light.

Room was small but clean and had everything that could be needed. Location is good, close to transport but not too close as the trains are quite noisy.

QR code at the door did not work and had to call customer service. Customer service was responsive and handled everything quickly.

Excellent facilities - rooms are very small, but everything has been considered. Really amazing!! Good location with many cool places to eat and visit in walking distance. Be a little careful at nightime.....

Parking is a bit of a challenge, but city lot behind the complex has overnight parking for free. Day parking is for pay. TV doesn't have any broadcast channels - you have to synch with your smartphone and stream your own subscriptions - I don't want to hassle with that!

The room is super clean, newly renovated, small room but very cute and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Love the concept of contactless checking, the nice touch of banana basket at the lobby area. The communication is very prompt. Location is also great.

There were some kind of dumpster trucks went by at night. The noise woke me up. The hotel does provide earbuds and they would be helpful. No elevator, be prepared for a few steps to 2nd floor. It is not too bad since I traveled light.
