I reserved a room with a king size bed and sofa. Very pleasantly surprised by the room size and cleanliness. Bathroom was clean with a modern toilet and good shower amenities. Bed was quite comfortable and sheets were not itchy. Wifi was also solid! I think I got about 40-50 down and maybe 10 up with 8 ms ping. I was impressed. Free continental breakfast. Nothing fancy but hit the spot after getting out of bed. Rotation between cheese omelet, fried eggs, potatoes, sausage links/patties and meatballs. Your classic make-your-own waffles and an assortment of pastries and fruits. And of course coffee. Had everything I needed and the area was clean. Plus the lady who took care of the breakfast was very sweet and friendly. Great location as I was going between central Redwood City and Menlo Park/Stanford areas. Definitely planning to stay here again for my next visit. Did not try out the gym but will do so next time.

The TV is a bit on the small side. Even though there was a sign that said to use the wall unit to control AC, the wall unit did nothing and I actually had to use the buttons on the actual AC unit. Worked totally fine though I thought for a few hours something was broken. Vending machine outside was not accepting any dollar bills.

I had a brief stay at the hotel, arriving at midnight, but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently the staff accommodated me. Despite the late hour, check-in was smooth and hassle-free. When I left at 6 AM, I noticed a wonderful breakfast spread already set up in the lobby. Although I didn't have time to eat, I had a lovely chat with a friendly lady who was preparing everything. Her warmth made the early morning feel welcoming. Overall, it was a nice short stay, and I appreciate the hospitality

It was welcoming and comfortable and near to my son’s college as I had wanted. The reception staff, breakfast staff and cleaning lady were lovely.

Had I been on my own getting my case up the stairs would have been a challenge without my son. But I’m certain I would have been able to get help from the front desk.

It was so nicely made up, well supplied, and totally clean. Thoughtful touches. Very comfortable beds. Lovely spacious interior with superior lighting - I could make the room everything from softly dim to very bright. Extremely wonderful breakfast. Very nice fitness gym. Lovely, wonderful stay!

The place is clean, well appointed,, good shower and comfy bed. Just what I need on the road. There was an issue with the internet and staff were amazing in helping me fix it.

I tried to open the window but could not even thought it looked like I could. Not sure if this is something they allow.

It is a good hotel, great location right on El Camino. Easy to reach most locations in the Valley, specifically Stanford.

Breakfast is very basic and has not yet caught up with the need for vegan options. The fitness room was good but, as usual I woudl almost say, one of the running belts was broken down.

Good staff, polite and helpful young people (even found me a comb for free). Breakfast, although continental, but with scrambled eggs, which was a pleasant surprise. The lovely lady was constantly checking the food to make sure it was enough. The location is good, the hotel is on the main road, close to Stanford University, easily accessible by bus.

Standard hotel room with all the expected amenities. Breakfast ok, service ok, location also fine if you are driving.

The air in the room was heavy. Like the carpet had been cleaned but not let to dry and it's still humid and you're breathing this all night.

My room was comfortable and had full amenities. Bed was really comfy and the shower was hot and roomy. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great, don't miss the make your own waffles. The staff were the icing on the cake, friendly and so helpful.

Absolutely nothing

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet even though the Inn is on a major street. I noticed that the person who might have been the manager took an active role in checking on the room cleaning and even pitching in.

It would have been helpful to have a little information about operating the TV, but I'm rather low-tech.
