Staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Accommodated our request for rooms close together. Location and parking was great. Food at dinner was great! So nice to have good shower products in large sizes to minimize waste. Loved the extra blanket pillow in the room so I didn’t have to call housekeeping. Air conditioning worked great.

Room was adequate but dark. Wish we could keep adjoining room doors open without propping them open with a shoe. Would be nice to have an area to walk and potty pets since you are pet friendly. Need to look at my bill against my credit card statement. Seemed like things didn’t match up but need to wait for final charges to post, so not sure on that yet.

I like the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. I wish the Jacuzzi was a little bit warmer.

The burger I ordered. I thought it was bland. The room we stayed in had a conjoining door, we could hear the TV, the little kid running back and forth. I also didn't like all the extra taxes, especially when I already paid a $40 plus taxes when booking the room.

No breakfast for me, what I liked is that I booked late, system was down & the Manager jumped into action and got me a room. This was on the night of 9/21/24, so please extend my gratitude to this awesome individual!

Not a thing, all staff I met was extremely helpful & nice.

The breakfast is outstanding: hot eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, fruit, delicious waffles, yogurt, juice, bagels, pastries. I keep coming back to this place just for the breakfast!

The location isn't great. There's not many restaurants nearby within walking distance, so you'll generally have to uber somewhere else or have food delivered. There is an onsite restaurant but it has limited food options.

I loved the bedding- sheets and duvet cover. Perfect weight (for the season) and beautiful texture. Also thank you for the different pillows to choose from on the bed as well. Sleepy sooo comfortably.

The soap in the shower room 304 was VERY drying for my skin!

As always the Hilton chain was on point! The check-in was seemless and helpful. The staff was efficient. The housekeeping staff made sure that I had enough towels for the room and I was set for the weekend. The only downfall was the elevator situation, but even technical difficulties can't be avoided.

As a Hilton Honors member the personalization of the visit has definetley changed. The parking garage was a little difficult to manage with a disabled placard if you were in closer to one elevator that the other.

The staff were very courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator closest to our room did not work at times. It took a long time to arrive so most of the time we had to go to the other side of the building to make our way down.

Has a nice bar inside, swimming pool, and kitchen. I liked the under ground parking.

I left the hotel for a concert and tried calling the staff to ask when their bar closes and they didn’t ever answer the phone. I called 6 times

the location on the main road in Central Palo Alto, with easily available underground parking and a very nice breakfast.

the underground parking lot signage and access was not readily accessible - till we got used to it. we as a family were there for three days - over Stanford Family Day weekend; our grandson is a freshman there at Stanford. … thanks

I had to contact them to change dates rather than doing it on booking.com. However, they honored the request and it worked well.
