I stayed at the Hyatt Centric after celebrating my birthday at a nearby restaurant. My friends and I were also looking for a place to gather after the event, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The service we received from every staff member was excellent - they were all friendly and professional, and we felt like valued guests. I appreciated that they had a bar and dining area, as well as areas where you could sit and relax by a fireplace. It was clear that the staff at this facility understood the importance of treating their guests well and providing an excellent experience was clearly their top priority. The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The facilities look fresh and new.

This room was easily one of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, amenities were modern and spotlessly clean, and we loved the large towels and storage area. The staff were also so friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and felt safe. We were there for a very quick stay, but would stay here again every time we come to Mountain View!

A little bit hard to find, but we came in the dark and it was harder to see everything.

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned! I understand not washing towels and sheets to save water and I agree with this policy. But rooms should be tidied up without having to ask, this is a $400/night hotel and coming back to a fresh room is part of the hotel experience.

That I couldn’t find the phone office of the hotel. It was hard for me to find it. The GPS took me to the public parking instead of that hotel parking. I was lost at the place at 10:30 PM until I find it almost 11 PM when my kid walking around the building.

We were charged for water in room and there was no price tag so we thought it was complimentary. It was a surprise to be charged and something that should be more expressly noted so guests are aware. It truly was disappointing. On the other hand, the front desk was extremely helpful on finding an alternate room for an early checkin and it allowed me to have a 2 hour conference meeting for work in the privacy of my room. It was lovely and appreciated. The salmon on the Salinas salad was delicious. The chef is to be commended. We loved the 2nd floor pool balcony and enjoyed some outdoor fun.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room and bed. Good location for our needs and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and great location, room was spacious, clean and functional. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff was professional and helpful.

Liked the location, plenty of parking, the staff was friendly and check-in was fast and courteous. Parking is not attached to the site...but it is right across the street...and their is plenty of it (in a very clean facility.

The fact that you need to go across the street to park...and the parking facility is not physically attached to the hotel itself. It's not a deal breaker...but you do have to use a parking facility elevator to get to street level then walk across the street to access a hotel elevator to get to your room level.

The room is modern and spacious. People at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The location is great and the parking is convenient.

The sound isolation was not great, our neighbours were loud until 2-3am 2 nights in a row. When I called to complain multiple times I was first told that there are no free rooms in the whole hotel and they have already talked to the neighbours. At 1:30am when we still couldn’t sleep because of the noise (furniture, slamming doors, loud voices) I called again and was offered to move to a different room (suddenly there were free rooms), but we were in no shape to move to a new room at 1:30am and just wanted to have some sleep. So when your neighbours are reasonable, this hotel is great. When it’s not the case the hotel staff doesn’t handle it well.
