The breakfast was great very good. Would recommened to family and friends. The room was great clean and roomy, the bathroom was very clean, kitchen clean and loved the furniture. The best was very very comfortable.

Mostly excellent. Beds very comfortable, shower great, lots of fluffy towels. We had a suite and the kitchen facilities were great. We loved the pool area. Not many sun loungers but we were the only users so that was fine. Great breakfast. Bottomless coffee.

Only two things - the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Probably ok for a child but not fur our 20 year old son. Second - the hairdryers - not great. One didn’t work at all - the other made a loud bang in my hand - it took 45 mins to get a replacement- which also didn’t work. I was getting ready for my sons wedding and this caused me a huge amount of stress. Housekeeping were not responsive enough to my three phone calls - the last in tears! Seriously - just replace the hairdryers!!

Very friendly staff and when I had to get the room service because I had a procedure coming up at Stanford they were excellent with cleaning the room and making sure I had new bed sheets and towels.

I liked the safety of the location, the layout of the room, cleanliness of the bed and living room, and the fact that there was a wonderful breakfast.

The ice maker didn’t work, kitchen counters were sticky and windows were filthy.

I liked all the options for family to play games and sit around a barbecue in the pool and I love the inside of the rooms with the kitchen. Specially, if you have small kids.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet - set back off of the street and there were pretty trees outside my window.
