A gentleman whose name I think was Raymond was very kind and accommodating. He helped me with my thermostat and tv (my user issues, not the hotel's) and let me borrow a wine opener. The room was nice and big and I loved having the kitchenette.Breakfast was great with meats, eggs, starches, pastries, bagels, yogurt and my fave the waffle maker! They even had a cinnamon roll flavored one which i have never seen before and was delicious! On top of that, breakfast was open later than the other hotels. One of the women working the breakfast area was wonderful, the other one was grumpy. I really appreciate it but wonderful one! My grandson loved the heated pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. I wish I had been there on a day when there was the evening wine social. Maybe next time, and I very much intended there to be another time.

I did not like the one grumpy lady in the dining area and the hot tub had a little bit of green coloration on the edge of it which was a little bit gross.

Well... I am a pure vegetarian and there are no exceptional items at breakfast spread for vegetarians like me. Fruits and sometimes potatoes were the only options for me as I don't eat egg or meat. The lady in-charge of the breakfast was extremely polite and happy to help me find <no-meat, no-egg> options. It's heartening to see such care for the guests. The dinner often has delectable rajma and salads options which I thoroughly savoured. Also, I don't think most hotels even provide a complementary dinner like this one does. Milpitas square is at a walkable distance and offers options for Indian food. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property is commendable. They provide fully functional kitchenette and utensils as well which really is a life saviour for a vegetarian like me. It is the second time that I chose Staybridge suites and as always it exceeded all expectations. Would definitely choose it again and recommend it to all.

Ladies working in restaurant were very nice to me. Water is provided in the fitting center, which is very thoughful. I really enjoy the stay.

The water temperture in the room was not stable. Would jump to really hot in 1 sec. The water flow of the shower is small and hard to adjust to the right temperture.

The hotel was under some construction, however, they kept things very clean! And the hotel smelled so new! There was plenty of parking too!! Breakfast is included also!!

The boy at the front desk was so incredibly sweet! Also, complimentary breakfast is always a pleasure. Saves money + great options + makes the hotel’s value even greater.

Nothing in particular! The TV was a little outdated & it faced neither the couch nor the bed, was in kind of a weird position. But we just tilted it to make it work LOL

The room was nice and spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The quality and variety of items on the breakfast menu were reasonably good. We also enjoyed the afternoon snack and food. The hotel provided a few bottled waters in the room which shows the hotel is mindful of guests' needs.
