I like how they served breakfast everyday and they let you know 2 days or a day before if the times change due to the holidays. Also I had an issue with my deposit and they waited for me to get it without bothering me.

The only thing that I don't like is how everytime I booked for another stay they couldn't transfer my deposit I had to keep paying the deposit. Also that's what I'm asking right now if I could extend my stay with the same booking because if not I'm going to have to check out today.

Very clean room, spacious and comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby, Walmart close by... most of your needs are covered. Friendly staff. Room had kitchen with dish washer too and a big fridge.. overall liked everything... nothing to complain.. wifi coverage was also very good.

Great area, close to everything. I liked how the kitchen was stocked with utensils, which made it convenient.

The shower didn't have any hot water, so I was not able to take a hot shower. Luckily, we were only there for one night, so it wasn't terrible, but it's definitely something that needs to be fixed.

My stay at Larkspur Landing Milpitas was very comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but good enough. It was located in a quite neighborhood with quite a few restaurants around. Also there was shopping across the hotel.

I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes and thats no excuse....... i hyperventilate and feeling of impending doom.....no rescue and I need a refund on my stay for 5 days or a credit extra credit like a free stay for 2-3 days at least for being stuck in the room ....i almost passed out inside due to lack of air and ventilation and no immediate response from front desk after i push the alarm,,,panic and anxiety...i definitely need a refund.send this to me.and also the Vietnamese front desk lady brings her small chiold to work,,,,thats against hotel policy and she is rude to me,,,not helpful and always have a excuse.

The location was perfect, close to shopping and food/restaurant centers, it was easy to check in and out, the facility was clean and the room was very comfortable, kitchen, laundry and windows that open all the way to let fresh air in were a huge plus for me-

Breakfast is always an added bonus. Love the full size fridge and freezer also. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was pretty quiet.

Elevator was a bit rickety and didn't feel as safe as I would like. Getting into the parking lot was a little confusing but after the first time we got it.
