The rates were great and it was a nice place but we booked a weekend with a hundred kids. It was nice cause there was a decent restaurant that was very convenient.

We picked a weekend with a zillion kids staying whose parents did not Make them mind. The floor we were on smelled Like someone had a crap ton of weed In their room Staff the first night was good in the bar ~ The second night he said kitchen was closed Over an hour before it was and then did get my husband dinner

The gym is ready for workout 24 hours a day. It satisfied our needs from different schedules. The room is clean and the bed is wonderfully confertable

if you change your shower equipment that would be perfect. Because the shower room is a little bit slippery and the wall may have hair on it that we can’t use shower to clean it immediately.

Unfortunately, a subway sandwich was left in our fridge from a previous patron and sticks of gum under the edge of our bed, but everything else was extremely clean.

We loved that it was super clean! Also, rates were great considering there was a huge concert the weekend we were there.

There wasn't a microwave in the room and the ice machines weren't working. There was also a terrible smell outside, it crept up inside and lingered but I don't think there's anything anyone can do about that.

Hotel gave us a happy hour discount! Also reached out to the sister hotel for us to use their jacuzzi, and the receptionist went out of her way to help.

The front desk staff were all so kind and accommodating, especially Nicole. The restaurant, bar, and small grab and go store were all convenient. Very new and modern hotel with a pretty rooftop area.

You have to request for your room to be cleaned and they are short staffed. I made the request one day at 645am before leaving for the day and it was not done upon returning at 8pm. They apologized and explained they were short staffed for the day.

The location is good. The staff are nice and professional.The rooms are decent and clean.

The drainage at shower is not working very well, it is slow. We checked in at midnight so we didn't call for help.

The property looked newer and was very well kept and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We are a family of five and the double queen suite accommodated is perfectly. We had no issues at all, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and us adults were grateful for the jacuzzi.

I wish breakfast was included. Breakfast was available at the restaurant, but for the options and price, you’re better off eating at a restaurant outside the hotel. We had breakfast one day, and it was good, the staff was great, and it was convenient, but the value was not there for me.

No microwave in the room. I had some leftovers I'd have liked to heat up. Couldn't really figure breakfast out. Different than most I've stayed at. I didn't put a lot of effort in to breakfast though.

The room was beautiful. Separator in the middle.made it seem more spacious , the staff was very very nice and funny. The breakfast was lovely.

The smell outside. It's in Milpitas, so the dump is close by and tou can definitely smell it on a hot day
