I like the excellent service and kind staff in this hotel. My friend loss her ear ring and JP ( service man help us to search for the earring and we found. Honest and nice staffs. Thank also to Desiree, Rachel and Crytal.

We liked everything! I would rate it above most hotels, from room size to amenities to price. This one was a great experience.

Because this is an "extended stay" hotel, patrons are generally expected to supply meals for themselves, I think. So the "breakfast" they offer is minimal and quite truly "complimentary." This is not a complaint at all. It just needs to be expected when one stays in an "extended stay" hotel. What they had was fine as complimentary breakfasts go.

This location rocked! The accommodations were great, the room was very clean, Jennifer checked us in and she made the process flawless and quick. The microwave was huge!

That we couldn’t have stayed longer… we had to move on. ☹️

Very clean checked in early morning aT 3am had no problem with the policy of check in at 3pm very flexible mKes u feel feel as if u were back at home. Good hospitality

it may be helpful to have some sort of instructions how to operate the AC/Heat. as there are two separate controls, one is on the unit itself (disabled I believe) and another is on the opposite wall which I was not aware until the next day

Good location (nearby shops, restaurants, bus and tram), clean, have washing/drying machines, personnel helped with my problems fast. At first days, I would say, wifi is bad as for Ukraine, but now I see it’s very good as for Silicon Valley. The hotel did their best. It’s just terrible internet everywhere around, and mobile internet is unavailable in half of Silicon Valley territory.

It was not clean. The staff is unfriendly at the front office. You should never have to wait 20 minutes to get checked in.
