The beds were comfortable. The lady who checked us in was super nice and friendly. The facility was clean and the continental breakfast was as expected..

No pool on site. The midshift attendant was pretty rude. My nephew had lost his wallet on the premises and when we discovered it was gone, I called the hotel to see if it was turned in and if the guy could go check the parking lot for it..his demeanor or and tone of voice indicated that he was not concerned with the missing item. I also had to repeat a few times that I was staying at the hotel. I did inform the morning front desk person upon check out.

Clean room, good size, excellent for disability access and the staff was fantastic. Special shout out to Jackie the Saturday check-in person, she was so fun and nice and talkative (in a good way). We really enjoyed our experience. Plus, the breakfast buffet, was so much nicer than we had expected. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, french fries and a fresh waffle stand. As well as the usual - yogurt, Bagels, bread for toast and lots of fruit. Everyone on staff was very helpful and smiling - we had a great time.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Convenient Location near gas station , mall, and fast food. Is right off the freeway. Parking Is free and well lit with cameras. The room had A/C, a microwave , a mini refrigerator , coffee machine, blow dryer , and iron . Also had more than enough extra towels. The ice machine was very clean and worked. The vending machines were fully stocked . Plus they offered Complimentary breakfast and fresh fruit bowl stocked throughout the day which was also complimentary . Will definitely be going back..

I have stayed here many times as a single traveler and I have always felt safe.

Room smelled musty or maybe even moldy. the air did not circulate well. Saturday night a bus load of travelers took up most of the parking lot. Sunday at precisely 7:00 am the lobby, sitting and dining area were packed with Bus travelers and their luggage, that other guests were left out. The travelers were seen taking fruit , yoghurt and other items to save for later snacking. We resorted to a meal on the road home.

The manager helped a lot due to I wanted to check in early.

The beds were so soft. In general all hotel beds are fairly soft and I know they can’t have a bed firmness for everyone but I didn’t wake up with back and neck pain so just keep that in mind. And out AC unit did not have its buttons and it was very confusing as to how we were supposed to control it until, before leaving, we discovered it had a wall mount to control it with hence the no bottoms on the unit itself.

WiFi would not work with my streaming device (I hate commercial television), despite it showing "excellent" for the quality. Also, the signal was lost multiple times on the regular television. I think it was the room(?), because I had excellent reception the last time I stayed.

Nice location, good breakfast, attentive staff. The breakfast includes orange and apple juice; cereals and milk; yogurt, bagels and English muffins; coffee or tea; self service waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage patties

My roommate did not go down for breakfast until 9:05 am. The staff did not prepare any fresh sausage patties (there was only one cold patty left).

In an era of cutbacks, the breakfast which included scrambled eggs and sausage, bagels and everything else was a delightful surprise. And it helped to offset some cost of the room.

Frankly was disappointed with the sink being outside the bathroom and very tight cramped space for two people

Our room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful

We had issues with a guy stalking my friend and I, but the front desk day manager was amazing, and she was able to get camera footage and later blacklisted him.
