It's great that there is always coffee or cocoa waiting in the lobby when I show up. Making fresh waffles is a nice way to start the day -- strawberry option was a nice surprise. The remodeled room decor is nice.

The TV remote and menu are not intuitive. It took me a few tries to figure out how to mute the TV when a phone call came in. I had a VERY WEIRD experience where the TV somehow connected to my computer mouse and using the mouse scroll wheel changed the TV channels. Turning the TV off and back on fixed it. It was odd that there were no facial tissues in the room. When upgrading, why not adopt Nepresso like all the European hotels have?

Great location not far from Levi stadium. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The staff were very friendly.

Nothing bad to say about this place. We really enjoyed staying here and will be back.

The rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast delicious. Our family always books there when visiting. San Jose because the location is great. We all always enjoy our stay.

I was greeted with a young lady who was very helpful I asked about a late check out cause I was attending a funeral she had no problem helping me with my request

The property was somewhat tucked in its own location away from the busy streets.

The elevator was small and there were a lot of people waiting at once.

The location is great with many restaurants and a supermart just across the road. Room is comfortable. Amanda, the morning shift Front Desk Manager was polite and helpful.

Jacky, the afternoon shift Front Desk Manager was unfortunately disappointing and not helpful at all. I was unable to sign in for wifi connection and asked her to check whether she has keyed in my surname correctly on registration or not. It was later discovered that yes, indeed my surname was wrongly keyed in. Instead of accepting her mistake, she said that was the surname (the wrong one) I used for booking. How can I forget my own surename and also, she checked my passport when I checked in. Amanda, on the other hand, always wear a smile and makes the guests feel that they are welcomed.... but certainly not Jacky!

Even though my room faced a busy street, it was quiet enough that I didn't need ear plugs to sleep well. I loved that the TV was on a swiveling wall mount so I could watch the news while working.

The location is good next to a lot of food place and shopping area.

In my room some outlet wall works and does not work and the vacuum fan in the bathroom was loud

It's was closed to the store, gas station, and the freeway. The room was clean and neat. Very peaceful during the day and the night.
