From the moment we walked in we were greeted ,check in was easy loved the free hot chocolate in the lobby it was good kids enjoyed the pool tables and outside small pool. Breakfast was bomb especially the egg ones with cheese. Staff was nice and friendly Rooms were nice Everything was A+ and even better 24 hour Safeway is next door you can walk to it and the gas station Food places were close as well I'm definitely staying here again if I'm down that way and need a place to stay

Very clean and the location was very convenient for walking about and making purchases and going to restaurants.

The view was of a 3 foot wide ledge outside our window which was extremely dirty with a glass window at the end which you could not see through. So really no view at all. Secondly, we were charged a refundable damage fee of $50 (refunded if no damage occurred, which it did not) and it was supposed to be $25 per the details on Booking.com

I really liked the location. We had an event at Stanford and it was fairly close. I also really liked how the Safeway and other stores were right next door and only took a few minutes to walk to.

We had the two doubles, the beds and sheets were a little uncomfortable to sleep in. One of the beds also had a few ants crawling on them before bed, we were too tired so we decided to just deal with it.

Everything except location of room. Next to fish restaurant. No smell in the room, but when we went out of room.

Room service forgot to replace towels. But front desk was very accommodating with new towels.

The location level of services and entertainment suggested was perfect for the intence business trip. Good cost for value. Nice location. Room facilities are simple yet everything you need from the bedroom.

I like how close the property was close to Stanford hospital. it was less than 10 min drive. I like how nice the small rooms were. Moderns makes up for the small space. The office and lounge was lovely along with the complimentary breakfast. the free Bluetooth printer available in lobby was a plus and came in handy for me.

I did not like our original room assigned to us which was #201. The heater did not want to work and the traffic noise was super loud. Luckily we were moved to another room and we were able to sleep much better.

Front desk associate Cassandra was amazing. She was very helpful and made changes to accommodate my wife’s recent knee surgery. I didn’t even have to ask. It’s rare that you find someone who is that considerate.

Very Welcoming Staff. My Kids And I Enjoyed The Variety Of Choices They Had For Breakfast. Coffee 24/7 Was A Plus Enjoyed The Warm Pool. Rooms Were Big And Comfy.

It was clean and safe. Courtyard was nice with outdoor fire pit was nice touch. The young man at front desk was very nice.

Very retro and good value for this area....plenty of restaurants nearby and perfect place to stay if you're catching a show at The Guild Theatre. Good coffee in the morning. I loved that a set break at The Guild I was able to come back to the room....

Breakfast bar is basic but not bad actually...just carb-centric.
