Location, staff, the gym. The room was great!

It could be only my perception, but the pool didn’t seem inviting to be used. They have a series of tables close to the lobby area, but it’s only to serve the cafeteria there, despite of the fact breakfast was served there. We had some days we ordered food and we couldn’t eat there. There is a place in upstairs to eat if you don’t want to make your bedroom smell like fast food, but it was not comfortable. Also, for some reason, I thought breakfast was complimentary (my fault) and it costed $28.

The hotel has many positive aspects, including cleanliness and a convenient location, which made my stay enjoyable overall.

I had a frustrating experience with the room service that dampened my satisfaction. When I placed an order, the room service staff seemed unable to identify my room number, leading them to deliver my order to the wrong room. It took multiple follow-ups and around 1 hour and 30 minutes before I finally received my food. In addition to that o had to pay an extra delivery charge added to the bill, which I’ve never encountered at other hotels

The property is very well maintained, very clean and comfortable for folks like me staying overnight for an early morning appointment at Stanford Medical. I had an assisted mobile device to walk and got to use a very pleasant hour at the hot tub with the hotel staff going out of their way to make sure I was doing ok. The best part was also the location, it is so close to Stanford Medical and within a few mins of good restaurants for dining.

There is no spa in the hotel. It would have been nice to have a full service spa on the premises to help people like me and our families who are visiting us at Stanford Medical get some therapeutic relief.

The hotel is in a great location. It is very modern and kept very clean. Most rooms have a bathtub which is very nice, you can have a hot bath after a long day. The beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean, the carpet flooring was cleaned properly. The AC and ventilation are not noisy, I had a very good sleep in this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next door to Stanford University, a busy and trendy shopping area with a lot of excellent restaurants. It is also not too far from downtown Palo Alto. The staff is very friendly. The bar has an onsite Starbucks. The room rates are very reasonable. The fire pits by the swimming pool are a bonus feature. The thing I like the most is the little touches such as the free bottled water in the lobby, and snacks for me to take on the road.

We stayed at the Westin last year for a track meet. Location was great, hotel room was fabulous & I love the bath tub!!!
