The location was very convenient for the Palo Alto Caltrain and Stanford Shopping Mall. A Safeway was only a 10 min walk away. The breakfast was complimentary, and free coffee was available 24/7. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was a good size and had lots of useful features like charging points/sockets in convenient places (i.e. on the desk and next to the bed). My room was towards the back of the hotel so wasn't affected by noise from El Camino Real.

Better WiFi connection by the pool would have been useful. Lots of rooms had a table and chairs outside the door but mine didn't due to lack of space. But no real complaints.

When we arrived at this property we noticed the view and how nice it looks in the early morning or at night . Once we checked in the two sweet ladies were very kind and helpful as we were checking in to our room . They explained in a kind way how we can earn points to come back at this nice relaxing motel . They made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Plus they offered us complimentary ice cold bottles of water . After that they reminded us about the delicious breakfast in the morning and it was . They even have 24 hour coffee ready for you as you check in or out . This a motel I will go back to again and get the same room again

The breakfast was very good. It is just 3-min walking from Stanford Shopping Center, and 30-min walking to the center of Stanford University.

The room is not very big, although ok.

Breakfast was very good. You were able to make your own pancakes and waffles. The bagels and cream cheese were our favorites. Loved the hot chocolate. The oranges were delicious.

Our room was missed by housekeeping on our last day.

I had to have surgery, and the staff was the most professional and very understanding of my needs, I would recommend and stay here whenever I can. Thank you Jessica and Saff.

Breakfast options limited

Breakfast was fair. Room was not ready when I arrived; but was given a different one. Cell service is extremely weak at the motel. Very convenient as to the necessities I need at my stay. The refrigerator door did not close tight; so it turned on quite a bit. Thought it was on the expensive side. Overall a nice place and I’d stay again.

Nice little hotel with great, helpful staff. Not to far to walk to downtown and Stanford without the high price tag of closer hotels. Breakfast was good and there were little patio areas outside your room or sitting areas round the pool to eat..

Close to the busy road but I used the ear plugs provided and didn’t hear much noise. Had ants in the sink area.

Good location and value for money, all staff are very polite, helpful and pleasant, gave us the room I requested which as before was clean spacious and well maintained.

Great location near Lucille Packard Children's Hospital where I needed to be most of the trip.

Only complaint is the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers were completely empty
