Excellent Front Desk Staff…so helpful. Excellent Restaurant & Bar…Dinner was so tasty. Great Photos of famous Stanford attendees and graduates line the halls…so interesting! Beautiful Hotel, Decor, Large Patio and Grounds, Great location, and Adorable Ben Franklin Statue to greet you. We always love staying here!

The new bed pillows are too hard..like sandbags. I’ve never had pillows this hard from any other hotel. Please bring your own pillow from home to avoid a sleepless night. It would be helpful if customers could request a soft pillow from the front desk, but that requires a little printed sign in the room on the nightstand. And a place for the hotel to store them…it might be difficult with limited space.

Beautiful Palo Alto hotel near Stanford with a lovely terrace, great dinners, cozy fire pits, and summer live music plus: inner yard rooms highly recommended. Across the street from Stanford shopping mall.

The pool could be cleaner, and breakfast is served only indoors, with no option to enjoy it on the terrace.

I loved the breakfast!! please give my compliments to both the chef and your pastry chef. we loved our omelettes and the pain au chocolate.

wished we stayed longer

We had dinner on Friday and Saturday at your restaurant. Friday night was excellent, however Saturday the risotto with the scallops was lukewarm and mushy, Mentioned it to the waiter, but didn't seem to care. Plus failed to tell us about the 20% included in the bill.

Staff was very helpful. I had my little dog with me and they even made him feel welcome!

Charming hotel. Excellent location. Very comfy, large rooms. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast there one morning which was good and plentiful. Will return.

Location was great as we were exploring Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. Leafy suburb, quiet and a plus to have complimentary parking. Overall great hotel.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with a fabulous bed and a very nice shower & bathroom. The common areas were lovely and fairly quiet, and the courtyard has lots of "nooks" in which to spend time with a little privacy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was heated, and the hot tub very nice to hang out in.

I personally don't mind trains overmuch, but if there during the day & evening, be ready for fairly frequent train noise from the Caltrain corridor that runs directly behind one of the buildings.

The breakfast at Stanford Park is outstanding. Ana was an amazing host. Service was outstanding and food was amazing! First time to the Bay Area and our experience was amazing in PALO ALTO.

We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back. The Stanford hotel and its location and amenities made our first trip to the Bay Area the best visit possible.

Great facilities, nice room, good coffee in room.

We had a room on the El Camino Real, and there was traffic noise as of 06:00 AM.
