Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the oatmeal at breakfast. I liked the fresh fruit. I liked the breakfast area and the news on television. The wifi worked great. My room was very clean. I appreciated where the outlets were located on the night stand. The desk lamp was a very good. I really appreciated the free parking being rights at the hotel.

I missed an elevator . The shower did not have an accessible bar making more difficult so get in and out of the shower.

It was wonderfully convenient and very nice personal service and quite a comfortable room for the price to pay in a very desirable neighborhood. I thought it was a great deal.And I would definitely stay there again.... Walk easily to restaurants and stores and beautiful incredible coffee machine in the lobby!! Breakfast was pretty decent for this kind of place, a few healthy choices... I don't expect much in this pricey. Area, but this was a wonderful value

It’s in a good location. Close to downtown with plenty of different stores and food nearby. The property itself was exceptionally clean and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was great and friendly as well. The breakfast simple with pastries, oatmeal and fruits with yogurts to choose from.

Only minor things, for one in our room the sink faucet would continue to run unless it was fully pressed back. Wasn’t annoying to us but it might be to some people.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our visit with family. Breakfast was very nice, however they ran out of food (mostly boiled eggs) by the time we arrived which was around 9 am.

The window in the shower was slightly open and we could not move it! Being on the ground floor I felt a bit weird about it when taking a shower. We asked to have clean towels the next day and never received that! Also, the toaster did not work in the breakfast room.

Everything, Bonus the evening Lady at reception with the two piercing : massive and digitally pro. Smile, quick joke, .. I taught she like me (:-))), just me trippin I guess. All good there, will come back and give some more money yes. Ho, and yes, everything was very functional. Just perfect. Thank you.. for a better breakfast next time . (;-)

Healthy breakfast was missing for a just perfect. (No dislike still).

The front staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was reasonably good. The exterior of the property was well maintained and up to date.

The room had an old, musty smell to it. The rooms could use an update but the bed was comfortable.

We chose this hotel to be close to our daughter's place for the Holidays. Very nice breakfast items!

The walls are paper thin!! Our neighbor had the TV on very loud and it lasted into the night! TV off at 1 am and TV on at 5 am!! We didn't get a very good nights sleep!!

Clean and breakfast included. Just need to add a waffle station and regular bread to toast

I believe I left my pain medicine in the room but when I called, they said no one reported anything and being what it is I’m guessing it got nabbed.

We really liked the room we had until the shower/bathtub water did not work. The management and staff did there best resolve the situation including moving us to another room and adjusted the cost of our stay.

The water issue but hotel bent over backwards to make it right. We'll stay here again.

The location was close to the Guild Theater. Likes the breakfast selection. Large room.

Room need to be updated a little.
