The property is great, well maintained and very clean. Good access, close to other towns in the area, included parking.

Room consumables were not replenished every day and room was to be cleaned every 5 days which didn't make sense for our four day stay. After the first day we notified the reception that we wanted the room cleaned. Nothing happened the next day. The third day we finally got them to clean the room and replenish consumables. Breakfast facilities were good but again, coffe,creamer and juice containers were empty and no one seemed to notice until you called their attention on it

The breakfast was good with basic selections for breakfast like eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, cereals, different types of bread and yummy cinnamon rolls. The breakfast area is small and very clean. Good choice of yogurt, fruits and milk. The room is very spacious and well equipped. It even has a small microwave which is hard to find in any hotel. The location is also right next to Wendy's and Starbucks. They even have fresh cookies and water in the lobby.

I didn't realize that the room is not automatically cleaned every day unless you request for it. It would be nice if the front desk mentions this when we check in.

The hotel is a great central location for downtown and has many stores close such as a Starbucks, Target etc. The parking is okay, the parking spots are small but parking is easy and accessible. The room was clean, had multiple places to sit, a desk, coffee maker(Keurig w/ cups), microwave, and refrigerator. Bathroom was large, tub was quite low but had multiple hand rails for safety. Shampoo, Conditioner and Hand/Body soap was provided. A hairdryer as well. Bed mattress(in my opinion) was great but the only problem I had was the pillows, way too soft. Your head felt like it fell into a crevasse. The breakfast was better than most with multiple drink options(coffee, tea, juice), oatmeal, cereal, milk options(no non dairy), bread, pastries, fruit, eggs, sausages and biscuit gravy. The pancake maker while we were there was unfortunately broken. Coffee and tea was 24 hours.

Just the pillows, unfortunately the absolute worst. If you changed the pillows it would be a 10!

Very comfortable bed, everything was spotless clean, the reception staff was very helpful and nice. Easily accessed by car (with it own covered parking), as well as bus (literally a few steps from the bus stop, then just a few minutes ride to the Caltrain station). The breakfast, while not groundbreaking, was still good. I appreciated the comfortable shower too.

The room we checked in to had a malfunctioning toilet - but upon letting the reception know, they promptly gave us another room, so everything was sorted to our satisfaction. Also, there is no central ceiling light in the room, you need to turn on multiple free-standing lights to light up the room.

Location was perfect for us... in town for our kids soccer tournament at park off roosevelt. We have a quad cab truck so the parking was a bit tricky with a fairly full garage. we ended up taking a spot and a half in the uncovered area, sharing the 1/2 with another truck that had issues... but it worked!

It was a great stay, manager granted us a late check out sunday as we had an 8:00 game and then 3:30 and it was pouring.. we were able to come back have breakfast, relax and use the dryer to get uniform dried out for next game! We greatly appreciated it!

From beginning to end, I only had good experiences. Starting with friendly staff at the reception. The room wowed me as it was quite big, the bed was very comfortable and the heating/cooling system was easy to control and worked well. Overall, the hotel had a modern feel, from the design aspect, to small details like USB chargers, TV inputs built into the wall, automatic night light in the bathroom, etc. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful, with hot meals, pastry, fruits, coffee and juices, cereal and more (of course it can't compare to a buffet in a 5-star resort, but given the expectations, it was decent for this hotel category). Everything was clean, the bathroom was restocked and towels changed daily and the bath was comfortable and easy to operate. Location of the hotel was good, easy to access by car from the Route 101 and also by local buses, as the stops are within a minute of walking. Overall, I was absolutely satisfied with this place.

Excellent breakfast with great staff providing fresh food. Very clean and easy to attend.

Internet is very inconsistent. It works great for awhile and then stops working for a few minutes, which is frustrating. Location on main road is noisy, especially early in the morning.

The breakfast was more than I was expecting and about the same quality that I was expecting. The staff in the breakfast room were extraordinary and extra helpful in every way.

The layout of the hotel but I suppose it could not be helped given the lot that it was built into. The stairs and elevator were in an awkward place and there was no lobby to speak of but I suppose that’s Holiday and Express and the lobby is not to be expected.

The cinnamon rolls were excellent and the choices were very good. We loved the T.V. and the comfort of the bed. Also, the mini appliances were good quality. The room was very nice and comfortable except for the AC.

The Air Conditioner was not very efficient We kept having to turn it up and down because we would either be too cold or too hot. It never stayed on one set temperature. This could actually be a deal breaker for me because I have a medical condition that causes me to be intolerant to heat.

Front staff both on checking in and checking out were extremely friendly. The breakfast was great. They put cookies out in the evening. Bed was comfortable and room was large. Parking was free underground. There's a great German Hofbrau right across the street. Also a Wendy's and Starbucks.

We were traveling from San Francisco. Our GPS must have had us on all the back roads. Took a long time to reach the hotel from our turnoff to Redwood City. In the morning it was more of a straight shot to the freeway going back to Clovis (Fresno).
