Easy and fast check ins. Room and bathroom were clean and nice. Close to convenient stores, fast food places, and shops.

The location was easy to find, and accessible by public transport too as it was within walking distance to Redwood City bus terminal and Caltrain. The room was spacious and clean, and had its own bathroom. The counter staff was friendly. It had reasonable pricing too.

Perhaps the first floor rooms along the driveway (with windows opening out into the driveway) felt like they lacked privacy a little. But it had curtains and there weren't much activities around anyway so it was no major issue for me.

Microwave, fridge, big screen TV, comfortable bed, good lighting, bathroom worked fine. Managers and housekeeping were both polite and professional.

By el camino, cleaner than last room but still needs work, no extra security lock, chain, bolt, etc, towels need to be replaced,

It was peaceful & we were very impressed on no loud noise a we managed to get well rested upon our stay there. I definitely will be back to stay again.

I have nothing at all to complain or dislike about the place.

My microwave needed to be replaced. The staff gave a new microwave and set it up. I am a medical needs person and really appreciate the quick response.
