The hotel was close to the where we were going to have our 2 day retreat so that was great. The staff is great and the place is really quiet and clean.

The breakfast each morning was great. I wish boiled eggs was apart of the menu. I don't know if it is served any other time, but the 2 morning we had breakfast, there was no eggs. There are good options, but having boil egg protein is always good.

The staff was friendly, the WiFi was free and easy to hook up too. The Bed was comfortable, the room actually very large and the location for going to an event at the convention center ideal. Easy to get to from the SJ Airport and adjacent to the 237 Hwy.

I really don't have much that I didn't like. The Breakfast could have had a few more items... but free is free, so you get waffles to make and some other stuff too. My only recommendations for the management is to fix the fan in the bathroom, it was loud and sounded like it was going to wake the dead.

Everything was nice, they had a fridge and microwave and an iron, which you don't see in most hotels nowadays, we where there for the 49er game and it is within walking distance or you can take the bus or train to the stadium

Breakfast was falsely advertised, the pictures show sausage and eggs, there is none of that, you're gonna get cereal and muffins

The staff was absolutely wonderful welcoming and accessible!

My room was not properly cleaned there was dead bugs behind my bed the floor was not vacuumed there was hair from the previous person in the room there was cracking and molding in my bathtub and shower therefore I did not use it because it was not safe and there was loads of dust coming from the vents they really need to be changed out this is a halth risk

We arrived around 2:10 pm and was told if we wanted to check in early (prior to 3 pm) it would be $15. I have never heard of this before. Every hotel I've stayed at will check you in when the room if ready. Anyway, the front person at the desk said we could check us in at 2:30 without charge. So we sat in the front until 2:30 rolled around and checked in without charge.

I did not like that We arrived to Hotel 20 min before check in and the employee wanted to charge us 50.00 extra to check in before 3:00. Good thing he said something, I said " No, Thank You, I will wait 20 min. in my car.

The room is bigger than I expected, nice amenities. Location is great.

Couldn't connect to WiFi for a long time, annoying if needed for work. Breakfast selection could be bigger, but good enough. Room is kinda dim unless you turn on all the lights

Location was easily accessible to major freeways. It was very quiet,a nice surprise. King size bed was great and my request for a second floor room approved. The room was a good size for the two of us.

The carpet and furniture was dated. No one was at front desk duringI checked out.

Basic staples for breakfast which were great to start our day, although some eggs and sausage would’ve been a great addition. Can’t go wrong with a waffle maker! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good sized tv not to mention a pretty roomy balcony.

The pool was closed which was kind of a bummer since the weather was nice. Would have liked to at least have two basic chairs to enjoy on the balcony. but my only main complaint would be that there was construction going on at the freeway and our rooms were facing it all. We could hear it going on until late into the night. I was able to drown the noise with the fan so it wasn’t too bad.

Very clean and some nice touches like solid wood doors and high quality sheets. I picked this location for price mainly but it was nicer than other hotels in this price range.

The ONLY gripe would be the shower head needed to be cleaned but that's it.
