The TV - complicated system. pulled up channels and could not click on one that worked. Gave up and watched things on my tablet. Room could be cozier somehow..maybe some area rugs rather than just cold pergo floor. Maybe an upgraded bathtub..and nicer furnishings. Bed was very comfortable though and thats what counts most!

Quite.. everyone was respectful. No police enrolment in disturbances. Maid kept everything clean and was handed for supplea. Breakfast was nice as well as quiet. I like staying here and the price is a great deal

There wasn't anything to not like. Just think they should have more channel selections, but the HBO was great

To have arms on chair be cleaned- the arms on chair was filthy.

morning desk clerk not very friendly when i dropped off my bag, didn't even put it behind the counter and a homeless person came in. scared they were going to take it. remote didn't work. no early check in.

I like the location, close the exit to I- 101, big rooms with microwave and fridge! The pool was clean and nice fenced, the breakfast room at attached bldg (Cabana) very clean, simple and pleasant, good basic breads , cereals, coffee, tea, joices. Good value, safe, quite neighborhood, spacious parking. Ps.on the corner of their parking is big good diner "Turkish BBQ"

There is a worning on their website "No checking in after 10 pm", but their office on Friday was working after 10 pm

Location was nice. Not too far from any place we needed to go. Also liked that they had breakfast.

I like it as a whole,location,comfort....

_ The hotel is closed after 11:00pm and the guest shuold know that ahead of arrival. _ The hotel room phone wasn't working. _ The Desktop in the reception is not working for guest use. _ It's good to show smile for the guest at reception room ....its good especially for the owner.

Large well equipped rooms with very comfortable king size beds. Nice all you can eat breakfast.
