We loved the room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beds were great!

We didn’t like breakfast. The omelettes were gross. The pancakes are made by machine, and the sausage was spicy. I was really looking forward to that, but that was a bummer. It was really weird how to get into the hotel. You pull in to a driveway that is truly only big enough for 1 car, drive around to what I was guessing was the parking garage underground. No signs anywhere. Found an elevator on the ground floor with one small sign that has an arrow that says lobby. We parked, locked the car and went to check in. It was a strange concept but it worked out.

Huge rooms, free parking under the hotel that was very well lit and felt secure, super quick check-in and check out, everything was very clean, room was quiet despite facing the highway, large mini-fridge in room, Dove bath products, and best of all, just down the street from the office I was visiting.

The outlet by the sink had a really bright light that you could not turn off. This was distracting when I was trying to sleep because it lit up the whole entryway/bathroom area. I ended up stacking a bunch of towels and the tissue box to cover these bright lights and that did the trick.

Breakfast a little bland but very quiet and calming hotel. Lady who checked us out of the hotel was so kind

Guy who checked us in was quick I’ll give him that but a bit judgy on his facial expressions not like he was happy to be there

After a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist at Residence Inn by Marriott in Mountain View a few weeks prior, we were happy to discover polite and very efficient staff. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good, the parking was free.

They are in the process of renovation so dinner things and services are unavailable. However the rooms were top notch! Very 5 star and the service was golden! I visited during a record breaking heat wave of 115 degrees and the air conditioning was perfect! The beds and pillows were plush! The incidental fee is only $25 which is very good! I will be back! I work in the area so when i don't want to commute, this will be my hotel!

It was a bit warm in the halls, gym and lobby in guessing because the main unit was off during reno. But you are able to turn your personal ac unit on as high as you want in your room.

I was surprised by how updated and clean rooms were. Very nice!

There were only two things that could be improved: staff could be more welcoming/nice (were very deadpan but hey, I get it) and the water bottle filling station was broken.

Booked 4 rooms for my Girl Scout troop following a long day at Great America. Check in was quick. Rooms were clean. Breakfast the next morning was good and they made sure to continously stock the items as they went out of stock

It was close to the Shoreline Amphitheatre Nice rooms , breakfast included . Clean and just a friendly place to relax.

I can’t say anything bad about it.

front desk was not very helpful when resolving a booking problem. other than that everyone was very nice and tends to their guest.

It was clean. The layout of the rooms and amenities were perfection. The staff was standout and very helpful with all of my requests and needs. Above and beyond!
