The hotel is very convenient to downtown Mountain View and the CalTrain to get to points north, like San Francisco. Nice accommodations, very friendly & helpful staff. Clean gym & spa facilities. Great stay!

The only criticism might be to have a bit more variety in the breakfast options. The only thing that changed day-to-day were the eggs & breakfast meat. Otherwise, the cereal, waffles, fruit, toast & pastries were always the same. Not bad but if you don't eat eggs or are vegetarian/vegan, it can be a little boring.

They allowed for a late check out. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was decent. Location was decent to shoreline...just paid for a short uber. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast could have been. little better (the hot food). Location could have been closer. Hot tub would be nice. Refrigerator could have been colder.

I'm a regular, the hotel is in a convenient location for MV town center and the rooms are always clean. The rooms have a fridge and microwave which is appreciated.

It generally feels way more expensive than it should be for the quality of the experience. Breakfast for example isn't great. The "gym" can really only service 2 people at the same time and even then it feels crowded. The pool is really just a jacuzzi.

I checked into a room that still had a half-empty LaCroix in it - not a great start, but it's how you finish. Desk staff apoloegtically put me in a better room, breakfast was excellent, I slept well. Couldn't ask for much more on a one-night trip.

Excelent value for money for our group of 5. Across the street from nice Thai restaurant and within walking distance to downtown Mountain View. Lots of parking.

Sadly no laundry facilities on site.

Clean, well arranged rooms near the walking street in Mountain View. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Ample parking spaces. Great compliments breakfast in the morning. Courteous, professional staff. Tea/ coffee available all day. An agreeable Lounge for working. I have returned to this hotel a few times.

I can’t think of much except that some neighbors were very loud til late at night.

Excellent location in Mountain View. Was comfortable. For the kind of hotel it is, it’s a great choice.

I would have liked soy milk for my coffee and cereal.

Very clean room. Very comfortable! I felt safe because after a certain hour the doors were locked and you needed a key to get into the building

The second elevator was broken and I had to walk super far from my room to exit. (I walk with a cane)
