This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was smallish but resort like. I ate at Broma at it was delicious. The room decor was minimal but very nice and there was no carpet, a real plus for me. Linens and bed were very comfortable.

The location didn't work well for me. It was in the heart of Silicon Valley, Google was close by as was the computer museum, none of which were of interest to me. I needed a hotel close to the hospital, and the hotel was about 10 minutes away via freeway. I also found the entrance to the hotel difficult to locate.

The hotel was very modern and sleek, the employees were very polite. The location was fantastic, boasting a very quick walk to nearby Shoreline Amphitheatre. The pool and spa looked very nice, although we didn't partake, but the facilities looked very clean and accommodating. Parking was convenient, easy and free.

The food was... odd. I was disappointed that there weren't more simple offerings, everything was very imaginative. As we were traveling with children, this necessitated Uber Eats orders over in-house dining. The perfume smell in the hallways wasn't offensive, but it was quite strong. The employees were extremely polite, but there were too few of them -- we waited 10+ minutes to purchase something from the "market" area as there was just one employee doing all of the check-ins, phones, coordinating with housekeeping, etc.

Very close drive to the Shoreline Amphitheatre. Great parking. Michael the person who received us was nice, friendly and listened to our requests.

Breakfast is very limited, costly, and one of the girls offered us delivery to our room because my son (who has autism) was having a hard time with the blender noise, but we never got it so I decided to come back to their kitchen and my order was ready for me to pick up and I was not told that. One of the sheets had a hole (I took a.pic of it) No good explanations to turn on the tv. It was only one night and we came back late so we didn't need it. I tried to send pics here and I couldn't. Please contact me back if you can so I can add them

We only wanted a place within walking distance to the Shoreline Amphitheater, but we got this plus a wonderful hotel. Extremely friendly front desk staff, free parking, excellet room, exceptionally quiet surroundings, free bikes to enjoy that Google neighborhood. What a jewel!

The restaurants at the premises are a little expensive. But then again, you can find many affordable ones within a small radius.

This was a great value and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar/lounge area with the pianist playing exceptional music

I wish the bar were open to at least 11:00 pm. On the bar website, it said it was open until 11:00 pm, but the hours for the bar posted on the hotel website said 10:00 pm, so it was confusing and disappointing because we planned to get a drink at 10, but the bar was closed.

I loved the sauna and steam room, the pool was a great touch. Great bar and cocktails, the massage and wine/cheese afternoon was excellent. Staff was very friendly, dog friendly was another excellent feature. Great proximity to a dog park, there’s a bar across the street and great Pakistani food. The amphitheater is also nearby.

The pool could use more seating and lounge chairs.

I like the very short distance to the Amphitheater. Also the room had 02 king beds! It was super confortable for our family of 4. My kid enjoyed the pool, the hotel provided towels. Finally the technology in the room, to be able to connect directly your ipad or phone to the TV! The TV was awesome! We enjoyed a movie and had the best time in the hotel.

Nothing to report

Great boutique hotel. Excellent location for attending concert. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Clean room.

Busy lobby area. Long check-in line. Busy elevators. Coffee shop food was not good! Both coffee and food were below average and very disappointing. If coffee shop food comes from the hotel restaurant, I have no desire to eat at your restaurant.

Convenient location, beautiful hotel. Parking was a breeze. Offered water upon check-in. Sauna and steam room were great. Room was clean and modern with both chromecast and apple tv. Even had a wireless charger for use in the room. Bed was uber comfortable, one of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in. The hotel’s signature scent was amazing, I wish I could purchase it!

No microwave in rooms but I noticed one in the lobby. It’d be nice to have the option to add breakfast on the booking.com method. Shower leaked onto the floor in the bathroom, however we were only staying for the night and it was quite late to switch rooms by the time we noticed.Robes were comfy but I noticed hair and a stain on one of them and only one pair of slippers were available.

The hotel is not big but has everything, the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room, etc. They are all well-maintained. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was so delicious. The cafe is great too. They even gave free hot chocolate to my kids when I ordered coffee there. The room is also clean, very comfortable and quiet.

When I stayed there, the restaurant does not offer breakfast or lunch, although they have some pastry and sandwiches at the cafe. It is not a big deal but more options would be more convenient.
