Close to airport room comfortable quiet The room maid and the bar maid both elderly were very delightful and caring people

Staff no one knew where or when places to eat were or when I expected at least the girls who checked in would know I asked several employees U were displaying a sign for steak dinner and they were out of business I stumbled on the bar served food No one knew that The restaurant that supposedly served breakfast was closed when I went for breakfast I was told when I booked to contact hotel about free shuttle to airport I e mailed and 2 responses 1 said I was unable to upgrade my room and the second reply was since I was arriving at 2 am I would be charged for another nite I was arriving at 2 pm I paid for taxi both ways ~`

Clean and nice staff. Restaurant food was fresh. Room and restaurant was affordable . Size of room was larger than I expected.

My hotel room had no trash bags in the garbage for either the bathroom nor the room trash. I also didn't like the 30 dollars a day for parking, I feel that it should be included, if You're staying at a hotel, parking should be complimentary.

Excellent facilities, especially for meeting up with clients or friends.

The carpets in the hallways of level four really need repairing (stains and bleach stains).

The beds are comfortable and the room relatively quiet. I appreciate there are places to dine especially after a long car drive.

There are not enough outlets for plugging in phones, iPads, and watches. The room, especially the bathroom, are worn looking. Just a personal pet peeve but I hate toilets (like those at DoubleTree) that flush from the top of the tank especially when the toilet seat cover obstructs the flush button.

The pool and hot tub experience was very nice. The pool is large, was kept clean, and the temperature was excellent.

The smell in the hallways outside the rooms on our floor (upper floor facing freeway) was old and musty. Also our room didn't have a refrigerator. In the evening, we also had a hard time parking. Though there was a lot of space on the property for parking, it was sectioned off and unaccessible. The allotted parking space for overnight guests was very limited and full. As a result, I had to double park, wait in a long line at the front desk, then get instructions to park in the staff parking lot.

It seemed to me that the floor was not vacuumed because there were clear traces of a luggage wheels in the carpet.

A good location close to the San Jose Airport and Levi's Stadium.

Surcharge for early access to room. Inability to book a confirmed place on airport shuttle.

The staff was exceptional! Excellent customer service!

Our room was very outdated. We were getting early 90's vibes. There was also a dingy smokey smell to the room.
