The property was clean. It was a modern place. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. We arrived past 1am for our stay and they immediately checked us in. Our suite was beyond nice. It had a living room space and a full kitchen plus a sofa bed and two queen beds. The bathroom was big and spacious. Every detail was so special. The kitchen was stocked with pots, silverware and dishes. The suite had two full lengths mirrors which is a plus. Such a great stay. I recommend people to stay here because it’s clean, modern, spacious and the staff was great for such an affordable price. Thank you Hyatt House.

It’s clean. Very good housekeeping. The staff is always friendly, it feels safe, the breakfast is better than most. The gym and pool are nice.

Our room was by the commuter train. It wasn’t that loud but it disease me up every morning at 4 am. The beds were too soft. I did not feel rested in the mornings. The kitchen was not fully stocked. Had to ask for the missing dishes and a pot to boil pasta. The staff were quick in their response to this request.

It was clean, easy to figure out. We came 900 miles away for a funeral and they graciously allowed us to do a late checkout because of our time restraint for the funeral and our checkout time not lining up well. Our room was wonderful, the room fit 6 people and 2 dogs wonderfully. Loved having the small kitchen to be able to cook instead of eating out and the full size fridge was great as a family.

I didn’t like not having a good area to take my dogs to use the bathroom. Had to walk across the way to Denny’s to have some grass for them

Room is clean, modern, have a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave and electric stove, dishwasher, and dish, bowls and silverware. Staff is friendly and professional. There is a free shuttle to airport, which is very nice.

Have to pay $20 for daily parking (24 hrs). To me, this parking cost is totally unexpected and not reasonable.

It was so clean, as pictured. Towels great, sheets great, showers modern. Located in what appeared to be a nice area. Felt safe. Breakfast was delightful! I was so happy with the price and quality of stay.

The only reason I’m not having this a 10/10 is because of the staff that was not rude but also not above and beyond, if you will.

We loved the special suite with the two queen beds, kitchen, and living room. Extra spacious and also comfy.

No hot tubat the pool. 😔 No omelettes with the breakfast, and i’d heard so much about the amazing omelettes! 😔. That was a disappointment. Should have known about that at time of reservation, or been given some reduced rate since it was not known til we showed up for breakfast that Saturday morning.

Loved the attentiveness, customer service, good communication and accomodations. Good continental breakfast. Good location and walkable for restaurants, bars, and convenience store's.

I was put in a room that the AC wasn't working, but they moved my dog and I to a room with working AC.

When asked for accommodations they were on it. Needing extra pans to cook with needing extra blankets and pillows. Very friendly staff. Front desk is awesome they are quick to help you. Maintenance was quick to bring us the things we asked for to our room. I highly recommend staying here when looking for a home away from home. Kitchenette was perfect.

Property was very clean. Staff really helpful and friendly. Coffee in lobby at breakfast was good.

Dog fee of 75 very expensive for our tiny toy poodle that doesn’t shed or bark. Breakfast left a little to be desired. They did have omelet station but didn’t want to wait so not sure if they were good.

disability room I requested at time of making my reservation. Didn't happen has a terrible time using bathroom couldn't take a shower no roolin shower. Staff was nice.Breakfast was fair. Have stayed there before was great. Will not stay there again.
