The staff was friendly and the room was clean, overall I think the experience was very positive. it is also great to know that they have EV charing stations at the property even if i didn't use it.

My wife and I, we were not able to get breakfast at the hotel, it seems that there was short staff when we were there that some people were waiting for food so we decided to go somewhere else. this might be due to the Thanksgiving weekend so giving the benefit of the doubt

Staff friendly the gym and they recognize me every time I stay Lessett in the food buffet area is so helpful I appreciate her taking care of my special orders for breakfast the weekend crew is wonderful and the cook he did great with my fruit cups and omelette

Just pricing is high I would love a discount since I travel out there to help my dad

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good if you travel for business and interact with the companies located in Sunnyvale. The hotel has a big parking, we always find a parking lot while we were there.

There was a small misunderstanding regarding the free breakfast, but we solved it relatively quickly.

Decent location, with some fast food places nearby. Clean, no-frills kind of place, and affordable. If you need a place to stay for the night while in the San Jose area, and need just the bare minimum but still clean and hygenic, I would recommend this hotel. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or somewhere luxurious, this ain't it.

Nice restaurant with nice wine. Sitting area in lobby with fire pit. Outdoor sitting area with fire pit. Easy check-in. There are EV Chargers, but only 2 worked.

Small pool, and only 2 of the EV chargers worked. Rooms are noisy. You can hear the neighbors.

Hotel is very clean. Very friendly staff. Want to take this moment to thank their staff and management - apparently most if not all hotels nearby were overbooked due to the concerts in Levi Stadium during our stay - management and staff went beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Parking was pretty tough as it took a while to find parking because hotel was full for many concert goers. Suggest hotel to have additional plan for parking situation like that.

I did not have breakfast while staying there! Hotel was very, very clean and spotless! Staff were very polite , professional and helpful! They sent me one text a day to make sure I am satisfied with my stay there and if I need anything ! Great !

It could be better if it included breakfast and I thought what they did have to offer was high price for what you get. Also the light switch in the bathroom was confusing.

The breakfast was OK. I liked that there was a safe available. I thought the "Welcome" on the TV was nice. The ladies at the front desk were very nice.

Making reservations through the website was horrible. There is a $70.00 "recovery fee" that could not be explained. And in spite of there being desirable room rates on the internet, the person I spoke to said he could not access the internet and could only offer what he had in front of him, which was far more expensive. I was transferred three times and still only ended up talking to the same person who seemed to be reading from a script. I ended up booking through Booking.com and getting a much better rate. And I still wonder what the "recovery fee" is about. (Undoubtedly a nonsense charge) but a significant addition to the rate.

It wasn’t too difficult to find, and the room was very nice! I also like how accommodating the staff was. The hotel does charge $20 for a parking pass for their parking lot.

There was a small mishap while I was checking out where my room was charged for food we did not order. Thankfully, when I brought it up to the hotel staff they refunded me for it.
