The staff were super friendly and they tried to meet our requests and ensure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is new so rooms are super spacious, clean, with up-to-date equipment and good taste furnitures. Beds are comfortable. Great access to central Palo Alto if you had a car to get around.

Breakfast buffet took place in the lounge - which is very classic in the evening time but too dark and crowded for breakfast. Lighting and space should be improved. Parking - valet parking was helpful but $30 per night, and free parking by the street was extremely difficult to find. Wish the hotel had a more accessible and affordable parking lot.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was brand new, and the room was impeccably clean. The entire experience was fantastic. The gym was incredible—modern, thoughtfully equipped, and even included small details like chilled towels and water with ice in the cooler. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The secure, well-maintained parking added to the convenience, and the lobby was stunning with its cozy fireplace and a great bar. The atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the overall modern vibe of the hotel were simply outstanding. Plus, the location was perfect. It was truly a memorable stay!

I really liked that the room, shower and toilet were really clean and new. Reception, valet and cleaning staff were all polite, warm and friendly. Nice vibe with uplifting music in the common area. We brought our dog and she liked being there. We could walk our dog around the hotel which made it all easy for us to travel with our pet. My mom liked the comfortable shoe provided in the room. Comfortable couch, working space and handy power outlets to charge phones and computer.

There was a small table in the room but there was no surface to place our suitcase. Shower cap would have been handy.

Amazing style, the hotel is fresh, very interesting design, teracce and outdoor lobby part are very cool. The breakfast (though the staff seems not to be proud of it, suggesting other places) was really good. The variety is limited, but the products themselves of great quaity.

Suprisingly some basic things were irritating: a) bad sound isolation, so you wake up when someone slams their door at your floor, b) the curtains do not black out, though I suppose there are lots of guest after a transatlanic flights, c) strange not balanced blankets, they are extremely warm and hard to find any balance with AC and them

Every.Single.Thing. I so appreciated being recognized and greeted each day by the front desk reps. Every single person was warm, professional and made me feel at home. I was blown away by the breakfast buffet. It is now the standard for any buffet I ever encounter. Completely a wonderful way to treat yourself. Say hello to Ahmad while you are there...he takes the time to curate such a beautiful, fresh array of wonderful foods for the hotel's guests. I loved the facility ..the first floor lounge with its subtly designed motif slowly made its impression on my senses. When I connected all the tones, shapes, fixtures, artwork and coffee table items as being part of a larger idea, it really made me smile. From Jhaneel (front desk) and Nate (bartender) to Liam, Sam and crew in valet parking, this was simply such a wonderful way to find myself taken care of, while I was in town to check in on someone. I will be back.

Loved the hotel and the entire staff. Greeted with a smile by everyone. We did not eat there, so I can't comment on that. The rooms are modern and well appointed with extremely comfortable bed. The bar was beautiful and the bartender was a pro. My grandson lives in the area and I look forward to our return trip when we stay here again. Great hotel!

However we were told at check in that breakfast was included but in the morning the wait staff said it only cover for 2 which was very misleading. The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful but the wait staff did eventually honour a complimentary breakfast. We were not given any information about during check in. Kitchen was not serving food in the evening either.

Beautiful property, very clean and new. Amy at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. She gave us a voucher for a drink at the bar to celebrate my birthday, and shared a video of her cute pup whose birthday was the day before.

The beds weren’t very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay. Nate - the bartender made our trip fantastic. He was so kind and fun. We really enjoyed his company. He had wonderful things to say about how much he loved his job. He was a breath of fresh air!

The Front desks are amazing!! The breakfast choice and quality is amazing. The server at the breakfast Wild Onion Restaurant is really amazing and a true hard worker! Location is good, very close to google mountain view. The room interior is all tech driven which I really enjoyed. Full natural lights shine through all day, spacious.

For the most part it was good, only one day I have noticed the room cleaning wasn’t thorough, the dirty hand towels were folded back, and the floor wasn’t vacuumed or mopped while there were visible spots. need to be cleaned.
