This is by far one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! We were on a road trip from Seattle to Newport Beach, CA so San Jose was a good stopping point for our 2nd night of traveling. We loved this place so much that we booked it again on our way back! The location is superb- you are super close to everything, yet you don' have to deal with downtown traffic and parking issues (parking is vast, safe and free). There is a wonderful trail where you can walk around the hotel with amazing views of the bay. It is nice and quiet, with the occasional train sound here and there which somehow just adds to the atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing, there are plenty of common places where you can chill out and hang out alone or with family/friends. There are laundry facilities and a well equipped gym. Everything is squeaky clean and the staff is amazing. The apartments are spacious and offer a sofa couch that converts to a queen sized bed for additional sleeping options. There is a full fridge with freezer in the kitchen which was so important to me since I had to re-freeze all the gel ice packs for our portable fridge bags. The kitchen is also fully equipped so I was able to make dinner for my kid and meal prep for the rest of the trip. There is a wonderful bar on the premises that has solid options for food (sandwiches and appetizers), and drinks. The drinks are a bit on the pricey side, but that is just hotel bars for you. The bartender Jorge was amazing. The breakfast blew us away both times. So many choices from waffles, pancakes, oatmeal and a million sides for it, yogurt, eggs (regular scrambled, egg white scramble, hard boiled) frittatas, Andouille sausage, and many more.. Levi's stadium is a few blocks away, so I know where I will be staying when there is a concert in San Jose that I want to attend! I highly recommend this place for anyone- single, couple or family.

There is not a single bad thing I have to say about this place. We loved it and will stay again for sure if we are in the area.

Great place to escape from the clutter of my busy home! I took a 3 Day “Mamacation” to expedite completion of some online projects. This hotel was the perfect escape to keep myself focused and take some nice walks, swims, and workouts in-between stints of focused productivity. I let my husband come the last night of my stay to enjoy our 13th Anniversary together. I/We will be back! We live only 45 minutes away, so it’s the perfect staycation escape for me/us!! I also loved the breakfast options & gym. 🙂

Breakfast was delicious, Bartender was so polite Menu prices are good The view from the room was beautiful When we checked in,the lady was very helpful and friendly I loved the free parking and free breakfast but also the food from there is really good specially the carnitas tacos and the onions rings

Loved how clean it was, shower was awesome, great pressure. Activities on site, better continental Breakfast than other places that offer that. Newer hotel. Towels and sheets fresh n clean. Bed comfy. 24/7 mart open inside hotel. Noon check out time. View of bay . Pet friendly, all non smoking hotel , free parking

Train nearby but only heard it once at night.

Wish they could have variety kinds of potatoes such as tater tots potatoes like holiday inn n Hampton Inn instead of the potato cubes all the time . The chocolate packet in powder noted being kept and had to request and noted the server will bring it out under the cabinet one at a time when asked by guest .

In certain rooms, the views of the water is just breathtaking. So beautiful. The rooms are also generally very well-designed with comfort in mind.

In my first room, I had a small issue with my room. I contacted the front desk, and the gentleman helped me sorted into another one very quickly. He was very very apologetic about it and very professional. There is also some noise in the wall from some children running around, but you won’t hear much of the normal people walking-by sounds.

Was hard to find at first but once you get there it is an amazing hotel, staff is wonderful and always attentive. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! Room was super clean with lots of space. Great spot with lots of places to go nearby!

We loved the breakfast they serve alot of variety with fresh food n drinks. The lobby was spacious & neat .

The only thing that we didn’t like about the property is the restaurant they have inside the food needs more flavor but other than that everything was good.

Great location, great breakfast, shower has good pressure, the rooms are nice and clean and the hotel looks like new.

Need more hotel staff in the main desk, only had two person, one was very slow because did not have experience and the person with experience was very busy with everybody.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was great, the room was spacious with its own kitchen and huge fridge, the bed was comfortable, the lighting was great, good soundproof walls and windows, quiet AC, great value for the price.

Everything was great, nothing was bad.
