All the staff made you feel very welcomed. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Always willing to answer questions. The staff never gave the impression that they were too busy forvthe quests, treated us very good.

After first night simple maid service was not provided. We could have used a few new towels and trash service. We only were there two nights.

well the beds sink in like they need to be flipped or changed and pillow too soft and comforter had stains and for the amount you pay for the room you still need to pay for parking.

Spotless clean. Updated nice bathroom. Heater and AC worked. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! My kids loved the indoor pool because the water was heated. Walk in to a large living room space with couch, table, chair, large TV, microwave, and fridge Bedroom was separated which was a plus with another large TV. Breakfast buffet included.

No jacuzzi in the pool area.

We checked in late, so I asked the next morning for a late check out (not realizing it was already a noon checkout, compared to the usual 11 am) and the guy working at the front desk gave us a 2 PM check out at no charge! Definitely a pleasant surprise!

No complimentary coffee in the AM. The Starbucks across the street was cheaper than the hotels “Bistro”, which served Starbucks as well.

Room was wonderful, with separate living room and beautiful walk-in shower.

Parking was $25 per night. We've never paid for parking anywhere we've stayed, and we've stayed in many hotels during our vacations.

We were in one of the 2 rooms on the second floor offering us a private and unique experience. The staff were wonderful. I loved that there was a water bottle refilling station on site.

The breakfast is my absolute favorite part of my experience staying there in the location. You can beat it me and my wife’s number one spot.

Only thing I did not like is that we did not get to stay longer lol

The breakfast was amazing. I was a made-to-order omelette or french toast. They also had coffee, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereals, oatmeals etc if you wanted something to grab and go. They also had complimentary happy hour where you got two free drinks plus sodas or Shirley Temples for the kiddos. I also liked that there were plenty of food options within walking distance. After driving for hours with kids in the car I did not want to load everyone up again to get dinner. Luckily I could just walk across the street and have several food options. Yay! With everything added together I felt like this hotel was a very good deal. I would stay again and/or recommend this hotel!

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Couch was very firm and not very comfortable, but we didn't sit on it much so it didn't deter from our stay.

Clean, breakfast was great and courteous staff!!

Super hard beds, although you can’t please everyone with the beds. Maybe make them a bit softer to please most as firm bed sleepers might only be an 1/8th of the population.
