The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was great. I enjoyed everything they had to offer. I used the gym, the pool, the eating area. Everything was fantastic. We loved the room! The beds were wonderful.amd the layout of the room was very nice!

The only downside is the location! The hotel is right next to the freeway. Our room was still fairly quiet. Lots of truckers and homeless encampments everywhere. I could not walk anywhere around the hotel safely. You can clearly see the homeless problem the bay area is having just about anywhere you go. It's not the fault of the hotel but it was an issue in my opinion.

Room was spacious. Property was clean. Breakfast was great. Very quiet. Friendly staff... Antonios was really helpful and friendly.

There was a lot of homeless campers hanging out outside on the side street of the building.

Really nice hotel, with quick access to the Silicon Valley area. For the money, I found the room really decent. Generally clean and modern.

It is in an industrial area, right next to a busy freeway. There are people living on the streets in this area.

Staff were very friendly. Location is close to the city proper. The room and bathroom are clean. Close to freeway but not noisy.

They have laundry services, but the guest who was using it did not come to remove their things inside the washer after it was done, so no one can use the washer. Ended up going to a commercial laundrymat. Staff should monitor their laundry area. So other guest can use it.

Excellent customer service. All the staff are respectful, courteous, efficient, and extremely pleasant to interact with. Easy access to shops, restaurants, business, and variety of activities. The amenities, the cleanliness of this entire facility, and the secure premises are all additional blessings. Love it.❤️

Nice courteous staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Quiet location. Great Italian restaurant across the street. Lots of places to eat nearby. Cool balcony with chairs and view of pool area

Breakfast. I hate wasting food. I threw it away. The biscuits were hockey pucks. The bacon wasn't even bacon I think and was disgusting. The eggs were typical hotel eggs and not too bad. The coffee was ok. If you want dry goods such as cereal or something this may work. If you want a hearty breakfast I would recommend Dennys across the street

Everything was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a good value and helped us save each day from having to go out and grab something. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, including a Costco with a gas station.

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was great.

One staff member checking in guest. The wait was a bit lengthy. The location was ok, but a semi truck parked right at the first drive-in entrance (from auto-mall christy direction) made for a huge hazard. When coming out of that entrance, it was impossible to see oncoming traffic. Thus could cause a serious accident in the future. I realize that this wouldn't be the fault directly posted at IHG, but it would be comforting to know that you approached the city of Fremont Ca. In trying to establish an no parking marker of some sort at 25' or more if needed from that entrance/exit curb.

Big room, comedy bed, clean, professional, and good breakfast. Good location and free parking. Will come back again.
