The suite was ready on time and was very clean and comfortable.The breakfast was AMAZING, so much food and all cooked well. The pool was warm enough to jump into, which made my kids happy. Very good value for the price!

The carpet was very worn/fraying at the edge where it butted the tile. The shampoo/conditioner/ body wash were provided and smelled good but I have carpal tunnel and was completely unable to dispense them. Thank goodness I had my family to help! Oh and if you are planning a trip to shoreline amphitheatre be advised, this property is not 8 miles away, it was more like 20 miles 😔

Gigi at the front desk was amazing. She is very polite and accommodating. She is one of those personnel who makes you want to come back to the place over and over again. This is our second time in this location. The experience was just like the first. We felt the privacy and everything about the room was great. Highly recommended for those who wants to stay in a clean and comfortable place. Will definitely come back.

The noise coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom was a little too loud this time. Was not the same in the room we occupied last time.

Beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed suites with lots of windows that open to allow in fresh air and natural light. The kitchen is fully functional so you can easily cook a meal. We loved cozy nights with the family by the fireplace and that the pool-spa area is open until 10 p.m. The location is great, too, as it is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Staff friendly, helpful, and promptly address any issues or needs that arise. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting the Bay Area.

Front desk at times did not have anyone nearby. Easily resolved with a phone call or just waiting a minute. Folks who are new to the hotel may not know this, though.

I like the location the cleanness

That you have to make reservations for grill I wanted to use the grill to cook just a steak that was at 1pm and told me is already reserved for 5 -6 so I wasn’t available to used it how does that make sense I could of just used it and have it ready before that time , the bad part of. Everything is that I was in the pool until then no one ever use the grill, I don’t think is fair or make sense only one person allowed to use the grill

Value for moment; breakfast options were better than the usual continental breakfast. They offered a Happy Hour with free beer (don’t drink but those with me took advantage) light food (hot dogs, etc: nothing spectacular but the more than most places offer)

Parking; we were here for work and would come back late and coil never find parking so we’d have to park in the shopping center parking lot

Location is close to major freeway and plenty of restaurants and groceries around. Breakfast is good but selection is lacking.

Room is look decent but some should pay more attention to detail will be great. There are spiders / spider web in many of the places and some of the paints are discolored, some stains on the sofa and bunch of small details. Nothing major but the hotel can be better if those areas gets more attentions

I got the Suite with 1 king bed. The room was clean and spacious, kitchen is super functional and stocked with everything you need to cook/prepare a meal. B-fast is served everyday with choices for Vegetarians, fruits, cornflakes, oatmeal, etc. The location is great, not noisy. Situated just across a mall, a restaurant strip with asian grocery and McDonalds. There's a newly opened Costco too. Work space/table is great, lots of power ports around the room.

The sofa is a bit dated but still comfortable. There's a certain smell coming out from the kitchen sink but isn't that bothersome, I just used air fresheners.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Really went the extra mile for us. The suite was clean and well stocked with household items. The location is great. We'll definitely spread the word about this great place and its service and we'll stay there again when we're back in SF Bay area.

You need wall rails installed in your bathtub/shower for us old people, but really those are critical safety equipment for ALL ages. I felt insecure in the shower without them. AND you need more and larger garbage bins. (But i guess you're set up that way to discourage too much trash?)

We really enjoyed the couch. It was nice and comfortable. We both like a stiff bed, but this one was like a rock. The full-size kitchen was a very good plus, The kitchen also had all of the amenities that we needed to have a successful stay

We didn’t appreciate having our vehicle so close to the local shopping center where there was very little opportunity for Security near our vehicle. The barstools sucked. There was a terrible leak in the bathroom on the shower faucet, we also wish that each state would come with its own toilet plunger so we weren’t out of a toilet for many many hours like we encountered this trip

When I walked in it felt like a home away from home. It was spotless! The space for king suite was just perfect. The kitchen had all the basics an were clean. On top of the nice island made a excellent place to prepare food in the full functional kitchen. The energy was great, from the bedroom flow to the sink an bathroom an a nice size desk to work. The entire suite was spotless an very comfortable. Let alone full hot balance breakfast. I found a perfect place to stay that is walking distance to a mall an not to mention close to my job. I felt safe an comfortable while I worked, slept after taking a nice bath in the bathroom to having an full excellent night sleep in the comfortable bed! Yes I will be staying again!! Oh, I forgot to mention the parking is great, parking for work trucks which leaves ample space for cars to park an in front of your suite. Wonderful experience throughout!!
