Guest laundry, heated pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full kitchen were all great features. Gave us enough towels for the amount of people staying, buffet breakfast was great each day and the service staff even helped out with multiple of my tourist questions.

Not a fan of pets in hotels that's for sure. Questions the cleanliness of the rooms and food safe areas. Also didn't look like they vacuumed or mopped on daily cleans as kitchen floor was sticky and multiple things on the floor from previous guests under Ottomans. Further attention for detail in the rooms.

Convenient location. Plenty of parking. New facility. Friendly staff. Car charging available.

1) Internet was terrible! I would rate it 2 out of 10. Kept dropping on us. 2) The guests above us kept running around and thumping on the floor. Notified the staff, but nothing was done. The staff member said they walked around on the 3rd floor but did not hear anything. The problem was in the room, not in the hallway. 3 days of hell.

Room is clean. love the full kitchen. Free parking, quiet. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great, fresh with many selections, breakfast area was huge with plenty sitting spaces.

while the room is clean, the furniture in the room is outdated, especially the mattresses. Also the carpet is old. again we can tell the cleaning staff did a great job. With newer furniture the place be like 5 star hotel.

That it was close to many places and the property was beautiful and clean on the inside and outside. Breakfast was a plus.

What I didn’t like about the property was being told at the very last minute that I didn’t get the room I had booked. Not even sure how I was was able to book it if it wasn’t available. If it had to be giving to other guests why was it on the website. I know I had enough time for them to let me know I didn’t get the room I had booked. And I was told they would call the booking.com to give me my partial refund. Which they didn’t even bother to do so, I had to call booking.com myself to find out they didn’t even call them.

The location is in a very convenient place.

Better security of parking lot is needed. I had my e-bike stolen from the bike rack which I had 2 very secure locks attached so it took the thief quite awhile to bust the locks. Another time I went out to my car about 2am and found a guy looking in car windows and I scared him off. This is a problem everywhere so a security guard during Kate hours would be great.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was just perfect. The amenities were extra nice!

We asked for a specific type of room to accommodate our disability, which is deafness. They gave us a handicapped room instead of a room that was right across the hall that was designed for our needs.

Everything about this hotel is lovely! We arrived late but the front desk was able to let us in and check in. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and funny. The room and accommodations were perfect! 10/10 recommend this place!

I loved everything the staff was very nice the rooms were clean the beds were comfortable or right across from CostCo just everything was perfect we're so thankful to be there

The only thing that would have been better if the couch was a pull-out couch to use as an extra bed but other than that everything was great

From the moment we checked in every thing about our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, room was large and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, and our kids made use of the outside pool.

We loved our room. It was spacious and had everything we needed

They were doing some kind of repairs (?) on the first floor with fans blowing etc. , which is fine but it was freezing.
