Very wheelchair accessible. Entrance was easily accessible, along with parking being close to door. The staff was very accommodating helped us with check-in helped us with our bags and very kind. Room totally accessible bed height perfect lots of room to get around. The bathroom sink was at a good level could see me in the mirror. Another mirror I could see myself fully to know I was dressed OK. The shower was great handheld was in a good position. The only thing in the shower needs to have the soaps on the side instead of above the head. Commode two handrails at standard height. Recommended for anybody with special needs.

For Wheelchair carpet is hard to handle but no, it’s better for most. For a senior the use of check in using iPhone or smart phone was inconvenient. Felt stupid when I had to ask for help.

We had a disability access room. I thought I was going to get a flat stall shower, not a bath type shower to step over . Disabled showers are usually level to the floor and are just a drain in some tiles without a bathtub THE BATHTUB WAS EXCEPTIONALLY SLIPPERY. I worked at law firms in the '80s and '90s in San Jose and basically all we did was auto crashes and hotel shower slip and falls. I highly suggest non-slip sticker type no slide surfaces be applied in the disabled bathroom in room 304.

Great hotel located in quiet place, of from main street but readily accessible. The Light Train station conveniently brings you to downtown San Jose while airport is accessible via hotel shuttle. Breakfast has ample choices mainly freshly cooked with variation day to day.

Rooms facing the 101 highway are less quiet that the one facing mountains.

I can't complain about the free breakfast. I thought everything about this stay was excellent. I did want to point out that I wasn't informed of too much when I checked in and thought I was overcharged. It wasn't until I checked out that I was informed that I'd receive an itemized receipt from Booking.com. I also liked the fact that there was a parking lot, but thought that it was overpriced.

The sofa bed was lumpy. I thought that should've been more comfortable for the price I paid.

Very convenient hotel next to 101 Highway, closeby from San Jose Airport and Light Train station. Breakfast has nice selection of fresh fruits with variation of home baked warm dishes. Bar has convenient light bites and cocktails drinks making it perfect to relax after work without moving elsewhere.

You can still perceive slight noise from 101 highway for rooms facing it.

The breakfast was yummy. The location to the airport was good. It was a short drive to Santa Cruz and San Francisco. When we encounter an issue it was resolved.

Disappointed that we had to Uber to the airport due to the shuttle being “full”. When we arrived in the morning prior to stutter time we were surprised that no other guests were there to use this service. (Partner hotel also used it). It would have been nice to know when we checked in that we had to sign up.

Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is reasonably good.

We had to tell them every morning to clean the room, & just notifying at the checkin time that we needed it clean everyday wasn’t enough. & some days they’d miss it even when told, or other days we wouldn’t bother to tell them as if it was a favour to ask. But this was our reason for going for a hotel rather than Airb&b. But overall it was good.

The location is pretty good. Close to the airport (and they provide a free shuttle) and the Karina light rail station, which is on both the blue and green lines. Not much close to the place except a small gas station with accompanying convenience store and a Denny's, so you won't starve. You can also get food delivered or have some snacks in the lobby. Free tea, coffee and water most of the day, until it runs out in the evening and is not refilled. The rooms are comfortable and there is a laundry room on the 7th floor. Bring quarters.

Wish they would refill the water, tea etc. when it runs out and provided a microwave in the room. There was also an incident upon checkout with a girl at the front desk who seemed either stoned or too sleepy. She dragged my suitcase in from the front door and tried to open it. I asked her gently what she was doing. She seemed very, very out of it. Please check on your employees' welfare and let them sit during the day!

Room was confortable and clean. There was easy access for public transport

Parking area is $20, this was unexpected in airport area but info is available during the rental. There was a shuttle to the airport but front desk personel was too strict about timing and capacity. Drivers was a lot more helpful. I expect more flexiable shuttle service from an airport hotel.

Everything. The room was well appointed and roomy. It was an accessible room - the roll-in shower was spacious. Breakfast exceeded expectations.

Sink was very crowded due to the towels and wash cloths stacked on one side. Should have a shelf under the sink to hold towels, etc. Also in the shower the shampoo, body wash etc, is behind and above the pull down shower chair. Should be moved to the side and in front of the chair.
