Accomodations are modern and comfortable, even our teen/young woman daughters loved the style. It is very conveniently situated rght by the fwy exit. Parking lot is comfortably placed right in front of the entrance which made coming in and out very easy. Check-in staff were wonderful and very helpful. It made our stay very relaxed as we wanted.

Breakfast was ok, it was a bit too basic. Never had enough plates or utensils, food was plain, staff was too busy and seemed bothered when asked for help. Did not refill food promptly. One staff was rude in her tone when asked for help.

Big shout out to Roberto at the front desk. He was always so helpful and very courteous, remembered my name and was genuinely concerned about our needs. We stayed there due to my husband having ankle surgery along with a follow up appt a few days after so we were there for 4 nights. Please pass on our thanks to him

The bar and restaurant was not open as often as advertised. There was a young gal being trained that was very nice and hoping since someone being trained it will be open more often

The lobby area was neat and clean and looked well organized, also for the breakfast area was the same, the restroom downstairs, so it was very clean and smelled fresh . The room was very nicely presented, and the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well, the only thing that was not working properly was the clock in the room. It did not have a display on it.

We showed up pretty early at the lobby, twice and waited for a room to be ready, you might’ve been shortstaffed in cleaning the rooms, check-in time is at 3 PM, but the room was not ready and change of staff at the front desk had been done and staff member that was leaving for the day incoming staff member that we were waiting for a room, I went up at around 3:35 PM to ask if the room was ready and she said yes, I was wondering why she hadn’t come up and asked if ask us if we needed help while we waited in the lobby area

Well, the fact that I stayed here three times for multi-night stays in seven weeks should tell you how much I really like this hotel. This was my first experience with a Hyatt Place and I’ve been so impressed. This hotel in particular (Newark CA) is impeccably clean, the staff is always working hard, busy at keeping it extra clean and fresh. Everything met my expectations and then some. I love the large modern suites. I get upgraded to 5th floor King Suite each time and I love it! I love the walk-in showers and the beds are so super duper comfortable and that is always a problem for me and I love the beds here at Hyatt Place. My dog is allowed although there is a $75 deposit that is nonrefundable. I understand why and I just accepted it after I learned about it. I can’t say enough about the breakfast. The breakfast, thank God for breakfast. It’s always so fresh and yummy. The stuff goes above and beyond to provide like they’re almost feeding their own family. That’s how I feel really people everyone who works there is so nice and so professional! I will always book here and tell others to book here. I am a real guest and was not paid for this rave review. It’s so nice to go somewhere where everyone knows your name!

1) A bit understaffed at the reception (only 1 working staff at a given time) 2) Location although safe is a bit out of the way 3) Breakfast was ok but always running out of coffee and staff are not constantly on top of filling it up I experienced this almost on a daily basis 4) High demand hot food is always out and usually 20-30mins before breakfast end time they just don’t bother to top up the food

We didn't eat there. Friendly staff. The mattress was amazing.

We stayed 4 days our room was only cleaned 1 day. We had to ask the housekeeper in the hallway for towels and coffee. The day that our room was cleaned their was no coffee mugs or glasses left had to call for them to bring these items it took about 20 minutes. I haven't received an itemized billing statement as of yet. So I'm probably going to have to call.

Spacious and modern rooms. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely with fresh strawberries. Friendly staff as well. And free, spacious parking is a huge plus.

The Internet was bad. Apparently, there was an issue which was fixed on our 3rd and last day. The pool tiles need a good clean, and the whole pool needs some TLC. The sofa bed was not made unfortunately, had to do this ourselves.

Convenient location and a comfortable room.

The breakfast was very disappointing this time. No food to eat, long time to refill didn’t have forks and spoons to eat with. This was not towards the end of the service. It was the middle of the breakfast and had no food. No fruit, no bagels, no nothing.

The Beds were good, the hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff are friendly and helping.

The breakfast was ok, but was not enough food for everybody the staff in the kitchen did not do their job at their very best to have enough food / plates, you had to wait for more than 10-15 min for everything....

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Located near a freeway, but super quiet at night. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and hot.

The mattress on the pull out was not great. But most aren’t.
