I recently stayed at Aloft Santa Clara and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very modern and up to date, with a fresh, stylish design that makes it stand out. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided—they were a great touch! Everything was spotlessly clean, which made me feel even more at ease. On top of all that, I felt very safe throughout my stay, which is always a priority for me. Overall, Aloft Santa Clara exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. I will definitely be returning!

In the booking it did say free breakfast but it has a breakfast bar to purchase

When I checked in, receptionist gave me a room that I didn’t reserve, but she’s insisting that’s the one that I reserved, good that I have confirmation on my email…what if I don’t have it? With me were my husband and my 2 80+ years old mom and dad, that why I reserved 2 queen size bed, and she’s giving me 1 king size and a sofa. Very upsetting and stressful situation, but I insists of what it supposed to be, it took time how she managed to fixed it…

The location, not in a busy area. It was nice and quiet besides the train coming and going.

The train when it comes during the day or early morning when I’m still asleep since they do make a loud noise by using their “choo choo horn”. Also, the walls are very thin, I can hear the person on the upper floor walking back and forth or when their using the bathroom and when someone is walking outside our hotel room.

The rooms were comfortable and well designed. Liked having a refrigerator in the room - very helpful.

They ran out of the one breakfast item that my wife wanted. She was very upset about this. It is such a limited menu that there's no reason for them to run out. The ad on booking.com made it seem that breakfast was included - it wasn't; it was only if I paid a higher room charge that breakfast was included. I felt this was deceptive advertising. The bartender was nice but not quite competent with his cocktail making.

Loved the room layout. Amenities were disappointing but the bed was comfy and the bed linens and. Comforter were nice. Ice machine fine if a long way off. Electronics were great. Loved that the price was so low. We were there on a holiday so the lack of food service did not bother us and we liked that since the place was so empty we were not charged for parking which would have been a big insult.

Amenities were lackluster. Soap and lotion were skimpy, old and stale. Coffee was not drinkable. It did not even smell like coffee! Snack prices were priced too high— too far above retail prices we couldn’t find extra toilet paper but it may have been there. Most important: light inadequate especially in the bathroom. Women need more light in the bathroom. Throughout the room felt dark.

We love to stay at Aloft the night before a 9ers game. We get into San Jose early afternoon and Aloft will almost always accommodate a slightly early check-in for us, which we truly appreciate. I love walking into the modern, sleek, clean rooms to freshen up before we Uber to Great America for some roller coaster fun Saturday afternoon/evening. Then wind down the night with drinks, food, music and lots of laughs at the bar area inside Aloft. The hotel is so beautifully decorated with lots of color and modern design. The hotel, staff, and location are amazing. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff members are friendly and so helpful. Aloft is within walking distance of Levi's Stadium which is nice because getting an Uber after a 49ers game is kinda a headache. Staying at Aloft is almost like staying at baby resort. We really enjoy this Hotel and totally recommend it to everyone we know.

The price is a little steep for the room size and in room amenities. (still worth it though) I think for the price it would be nice to have a couple more clothes hangers, a small microwave in the room, and 2 cups of coffee per guest with some flavored creamer. Also an extra hand and bath towel. But honestly, those are more of suggestions than something we don't like. I have no true complaints from my stays so far.

I didn't get the free breakfast. When I went downstairs, the food section had a sign that food had to be paid for and was not included. I didn't eat there.

The location was great, far enjoy from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to nice restaurants and Safeway. The ambiance was so chill and welcoming. The staff were excellent. Last minute we had to bring out 2 year old granddaughter and the staff went above and beyond by providing us with and very nice air mattress. They brought it to our room already inflated. Our granddaughter loved the air mattress.

We stumbled upon this hotel by chance. We were on a road trip and had an issue with our motorcycle and this is the closest location to what we thought was a bike dealer. The issue with the bike was an unfortunate one, but we felt so lucky to have stayed here as all the hotel staffs went above and beyond to accommodate us. The engineer guy, Fernando if I recall the name correctly, offered us a jump start with his own car and another male staff lend us the jumper cable. Lisa at the front desk was definitely the most amazing person I have ever met, she really cares and offered us a late check to let us figure out the bike issue. This was also July 4th, and we had an amazing view of the fireworks at the stadium right in front our hotel room window. We will definitely stay here again next time we pass by.

ALoft team was great! Clean, well thought out tech forward, boutique type design. Smells wonderful! The moment you walk in, your hit with a tropical fragrance. Cost effective, easy access, and location. Exercise area is equipped with just enough to get the job done. WXYZ lounge, super cute, with full bar.

No complaints. Stay was great and will definitely book again and again.
