The manager J.P needs to be recognized for his elite managing skills and Interpersonal communication skills . I mean he has a team of great employees if J.P isnt around his assistant is just as good and understanding . I have made this motel my main get away to relax and take time for myself . Every single employee deserves a raise and 10 stars from the manager to the agm to Nancy and Martha and the rest of the crew whom i dont know theyre names but they all have very good manners and are very accomodating to any request to.make your.stay a good one . Keep up the good work you all are very appreciatted !

Clean, comfirtable bed. Bright room . Small but cozy. Free coffee. Free soap. Good price beside weinershitznel hotdog and across the street is starbucks and jack in the box. Atleast have habgers to hang clothes

Its a motel price can be lower a bit more. No shampoo. Atleast have shampoo even without conditioner. I would feel more secure is surrounding is even brighter

Very good location and very comfy bed. Within walking distance of places to eat and shopping. Less than a 15 minute ride to the San Jose Convention Center which was the main reason I went to San Jose.

Please let the gentleman that was in the office that night when I came in that I said Thank you for the 100% great attitude and for being very helpful!!! This place is a great stay!!! 😊

No shampoo or blow dryer but that’s ok

Pretty much OK, only issue was the traffic noise as on a busy junction and near freeway. Depends which room as some at the back would be OK. Clean and tidy, fine for a one night stay. Staff very helpful.

Easy to find, clean and quiet, staff, very helpful, shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. And I feel safe here.

 The cleaning products or air freshener that is used has a bit of an odor that I find unpleasant. I am very sensitive to fragrances. 

Staff was nice and very helpful, the room was clean and in a good location. I'll be staying there again next time I'm in San Jose.

You have 3 Employees that are helpful

To many dogs off there leashes. Dogs in hotels or motel should not be allowed. They have fleas and can leave them in the rooms and the bed. It be nice if they stayed on there leash.

The staff. Very helpful

The downside is all the loud cars but it is by a busy road. So it comes with it.

I genuinely appreciated the fact that I was able to take care of all the financial minutia online easily
