Missed the entrance, which isn't easily visible, view partially blocked by a bridge that immediately precedes it A lower fee would have been nice, for registration & use starting near midnight, less than a 12 hour stay in a room that likely would have gone empty that night TV super small, channels very limited

The room was fine for what I needed. Nothing too fancy and perhaps a little dated, but nothing was missing. In particular it had a microwave which meant I did not have to eat out all the time. It also had a desk as I had quite a lot of work to do.

The breakfast arrangements are a little spartan. You are served a hot breakfast in a polystyrene container through a hatch by the pool and if the weather is fine, you can sit by the pool to eat it. If it's raining or cold the only alternative is to take it back to your room

The relation quality/price is perfect! Excellent location, walking to a great restaurant mall. The person in the reception in the evening was extremely nice and friendly. He gave me a lot of info. The place is a little old, not a 5 star luxury hotel, so I'm realistic all was very clean and tidy, and it was a really enjoyable and cheap stay.

Quant and beautiful Inn and convenient outdoor access outside hotel room to courtyard. Gracious staff at breakfast. Enjoyed the walking trail nearby and swimming pool size and hot tub access.

There weren’t any chaise lounge chairs in pool area. Bedding wasn’t changed with maid service- beds were found as they were left after maid had visited our room. Limited amount of electrical outlets. Was uncomfortable and unsure what to do about middle of the night loud talking noises outside hotel room door during one of the hotel night stays.

Room clean, good bed...Breakfast was execellent! All staff accommodating and friendly. Front desk lady "Maddy" very helpful and kind to me...She made sure that I had a room with easy access as I have arthritis. On future visits, this is where I will definitely stay!

There is nothing that I did not like.

Location was great. 5 mins to campbell town on one side, 5 mins to pruneyard shopping center and just across campbell park for some fresh air. Room was well equipped for that size. microwave to heat food, refrigerator to keep things cool, i love the water boiler/coffee machine. The housekeeping lady... always very cheery and helpful. Counter staff too. Had a great stay.

Overall appearance first impression was... old. Could do something to spruce it up.

Pretty quiet, staff was very friendly, bed comfy, great t.v. channels, strong wifi, hot shower!

The fridge wasn't too cold, neither the room coffee, or breakfast coffee was delicious. In fact it was horrible. Also, no option for tea. The room was super chemical smelling & I had to leave door & window open for an hour. One window was stuck & was inoperable.

Very clean. Staff helpful when help needed to operate tv, light and frig when they were not working upon check in. No other problems.

Last time I/we stayed there, it was before COVID. At that time, breakfast was a beautiful “dine in” buffet in the breakfast room. Assuming that minimal items at a take out window is a casualty of that service. Signage asks not to take food items outside the area, although nice to sit around pool for breakfast this time. Also good to have staff at the window!

Breakfast was delicious! There was no bread for toast; only tiny bagels. It would be great to add fresh fruit chunks to serve into a small bowl (melons, strawberries, blueberries, etc)

The bed was not comfortable at all. I used multiple pillows to get cozy enough to fall asleep.

Very nice swimming pool, and not crowded. Spacious rooms. In-room fridge and iron.

The breakfast is really limited, especially since the post-Covid changes (take-out as opposed to buffet), and mostly unhealthy. The bathroom is spacious enough (plus there's a separate sink outside), yet the WC is cramped. The bathtub/shower needs better curtains. WiFi was OK but the Internet connection could blank out especially at night, I understand this wasn't exactly the hotel's fault (rather the internet provider's) but still.
