The room, facilities were all fine. Came for our daughters graduation.

The breakfast did not get stocked up, so during breakfast time things were missing.

The room was very very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the robe that was provided to the guest after a shower or bath and the nice amenities that were provided for the guest to use

I was not aware that I was charged $20.00 for parking at hotel, I didn't notice that charge until I returned home, which I live in Stockton, Ca, a little unhappy about the charge which I feel I should not be charge for parking

Good bar. Good bar food. Restaurant open.

One tiny soap bar for four day stay.

The hotel was great. Location with markets close by. rooms were spacious and atmosphere very relaxing. I enjoyed my stay there. Pool side room with a patio was a great place to have coffee or snacks.

My only disappointment was at the time of check in. when I presented the booking.com booking the guy at the reception asked me for Crown plaza confirmation number. I said I only had booking.com confirmation to which his response was "Sorry friend I can't help you. This was quite shocking after a 11 hour flight. Luckily the lady on the counter was much more helpful, she took the booking from me and was able to find my booking in the system. I don't remember her name but I owe her a great thank you!

The staff was AMAZING. They were courteous at all times. Ron, Enrique and the bartender, waiter for the night of 11/25/23 did a great job. I enjoyed the conversations. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was more than expected. The only recommendation is to let visitors know certain rooms with a pool view has an outside entrance.

The toilet seats are too low. The sheets were a little too wrinkled for me. The door leading into the room were not sealed and it did not appear to have a heat vent in the bathroom.

Common areas to enjoy both inside and outside. Hot and cold filtered water available for making coffee, tea or to refill water bottle. Comfortable rooms. A bar to have a glass of wine in the evening. Safe place. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough too about Ron at the front desk who made a very stressful situation and reason why I was here (medical emergency) so much easier because of his compassion and care.

Loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable not too soft or hard. Very clean rooms plenty of towels and with complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was phenomenal, helpful, friendly. Nice dinning room with TV.

What I didn’t like was the ascetic of the room. Lacked brightness and no nice pictures or color palette. Nothing a little face lift wouldn’t fix. No microwave to warm up leftovers.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working well so it was hot and hard to sleep. The bed was comfortable

Location of room was on 1st floor in consideration of my Wife's difficulty with stairs and long distance to the room. The room assigned met our desire perfectly.

Air conditioning was limited. Maint worked on it and improved the temperature, but was still limited.

Staff was nice. The bed was great. Large room. Near pool. Free coffee in lobby.

Our 2nd floor room in back overlooking pool, a long walk from the front. Can park by room, but no elevator. No free breakfast which was not an issue for us.
