I found this place being a normal operator of equipment to stay very pleasant clean everything works updated enough that you can tell that it's a hotel of pride. I travel to a lot of different places throughout the year just a few days here and a few days there in California and sometimes I find gyms worth the price in gold. Anyway it's a nice place it's clean excellent service. And the price was perfect for me.

Beds are too tall. I had to basically jump up to get up on the bed. At age 43,luckily I can still jump up, but I can't imagine a 70 year old trying to jump up to get up on the bed. They would need a stepping stool.

The facilities were excellent, the property was immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant options were good, and the hotel was close enough to San Jose airport for an early morning flight.

Door key and shower did not work

The clerk (Serga) was very kind and sociable. He opened the door for me and was very helpful The bed was very snuggly and comfortable.

The roims need upgrading. The shower head was old. The furniture was scratched, peeling and old. Along the floor-boards are very dated. The extra lock (bolt lock) on the door was broken and missing.

I mostly liked that it was near where I needed to go.

The building is very old, worn out, has barely functioning keycard readers(it was a challenge to get into the room), ripped carpet all around the room with patched up walls, old, damaged and stained furniture, to dirty toilet seat, and leaking shower. And worst of all, the awful penetrating cigarette smell in a supposed non-smoking room.

The staff was great, had nice looking rooms, seemed clean inside the rooms, was near my destination

Beds were rock hard, too much smoking near my room couldnt even open the door with out it filling my room, i think there was some shady stuff going on in the neighboring rooms because lots of people traffic, would not recommend if u have kids or bringing a family

over-charging by owners; small amounts but why? Why? not resolve with booking.com. here’s the story…i check in…immediately the front desk woman lets me know that she is unable to charge booking.com card to access the funds (i had paid booking.com in advance) the problem? hotel wanted MORE FUNDS then what i had paid to booking. Why? Apparently the discrepancy was due to some small local tax. Fine….why not resolve the BEFORE my checkin? Why was it my responsibility to contact booking.com upon arrival? Why not deal with this BEFORE my check in? I am tired, and thirsty

Comfortable bed clean room

Screaming crying babie upstairs jumping up and down on their floor my ceiling and nrxt door person constantly hitting,knockingon wall right at my head of the bedoy got 3 hours of rest⁷⁸
