I liked the location to town as I walked most days, and that it was easy to find. The staff were very helpful and charismatic, the breakfast was always good. 👍 The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable.

That you can hear everything thing, basically the banging of kitchen and trolleys, cars also as it’s close to road so woke early, and you can hear your neighbours talking,. The rooms need to be cleaned or vacuumed better, however it’s a basically clean hotel, although a big storm came in and knocked out all electricity, they had no backing up safety lights in the rooms and had no back up generators for occupants and this apparently happens at least once or twice every year, and we were walking in the dark at our risk.

The breakfast was excellent. I don't say that about hotel breakfasts, but it was really good. Better quality than you usually find. It was worth the stay just for that.

You could tell some things had been remodeled, some not... Even in our room. The TV didn't work in the fitness center, and our room TV only got basic cable.

I loved the kindness extended to me by the beautiful manger called Summer. She was so very accommodating to some special needs I asked about and was able to assign me a good room location and a late check out for my circumstances. Than You for kindness. It is very appreciated. Real people who know how to treat other human beings with kindness. 🙏

Really convenient for the centre of Los Gatos. Very comfortable and clean property Breakfast was great - not as good when the main man was off - his replacement didn’t bother with pastries or granola. Definitely recommend this hotel.

OUr room was confortable. We were able to park our RV very close to our rooms. We were traveling with my sister and brother in law. The front desk person made sure we were together. Our dog was treated well and comfortable too. We also really enjoyed the breakfast.

My sister's room had a foul smelling top cover on the bed. Once we took it out the smell was gone. There was also spider webs in the corner she had to take of. HOwever they had a nice sleep and showers.

Great location for getting into my office in San Jose but close enough to los gatos which has plenty to offer for nice evening out whether it be bars or food. Very clean but basic rooms.

The bed is really comfortable and the place is overall clean. The breakfast is really good in the morning. The staff is very friendly.

The hot water did not get hot very quickly in the shower. There was a musty smell, likely from the carpet that had to be aired out when I first got in the room. The pool was not heated and was not very clean.

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful and room was comfortable. Parking was very easy and checking in was a very smooth process.

Only thing to improve is the TV was not working. It turned on but there was no access to any stations.

Quiet, nice location… excellent breakfast especially the homemade salsa and fresh berries every day! The staff all made our stay a wonderful one! We will be back!

Clean ,comfortable , easy access to on and off 17 reasonable price also decent breakfast nice staff also accommodated our late request for room on first floor due to fact just had procedure on back and didn’t want to go on 3 hour drive home

Shower a little tight but fine for a big person could be hard to manage
