The grounds were clean, and the room was nice.

That they charged me a $30 parking fee I was completely unaware of! When I called about it they did nothing. The lady apologized and that was it which I get it wasn't her fault but the receptionist should have said something when I checked in and received my parking pass. Not happy about it at all! I'm already paying to stay with you and you want to charge me to park in one of the many open spots on your property.

Excessive charge for parking. Limited food choices

This hotel was in a very safe area. There is plenty of free parking. Easy access to the highway. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, sofa bed was in good shape and comfortable also. The shower head was tall, which for us is a wonderful thing! We ate in the hotel restaurant almost every day we stayed at the hotel, the food was very fresh and we were happy with every purchase we made there. The restaurant also stayed open late so that was also nice since there are not a lot of eating options in that area. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to all of our needs. I would stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom needs a fan! The bathroom door is getting rusty on the top from the amount of moisture and the mirror is showing signs of issues due to this also. Paying for bottled water in the rooms, is not ok when you are paying so much money a night for a hotel room!!!

Easy check in. Beds were very comfortable. My flight arrived quite early I was allowed early check in which was great!

The refrigerator didn't seem to be cold enough. For the price breakfast should be free. The price was quite high but I used booking .com much better deal. The room could use some art on walls.

The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Toiletries nice. Shuttle to airport. We stayed here for two nights as we had a large truck and wanted to sight see in San Francisco. Parking was at least half ($30 day) of what it would have been in the city hotels and safer. We took Ubers into the city.

Would have been nice to have some kind of complementary breakfast.

24-hour front desk meant I could book and check in at the last minute. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great views if you get a bay facing room! Check out until noon was great too, saved me some extra time waiting at the airport.

Without a car, there is not much within walking distance other than a great walk around the waterfront.

One way in and one way out. You have to pay for parking which is ridiculous it’s a parking lot. You also pay for breakfast which was bland.

Sanna on reception was an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially because I was going through a hard time.

The fact that it is in such a remote area and you would need to get a taxi to find any life.

Cleanliness, a very comfortable bed, and interaction with staff was e excellent. From the front desk at check in, to housekeeping when leaving…all staff were very nice and responded with a positive demeanor when addressed in passing.

The high cost of parking

It was clean. The bathroom was clean. Drainage in the shower was very good! And it was good too that bottles of water were free, no charge for bottles of water to drink.

Too far from lots of places.
