We booked the 1-bedroom suite. The kitchen and living room are very small; barely fit all our luggages, but the couch and bed were comfortable. We were only 3 and it was just enough room for us. Staff was very friendly.

The airport shuttle schedule is very limited - 5am-9am and 5pm-9pm. We didn’t know that ahead of time so we had to Uber to the hotel (our flight arrived at 10:30pm). The ride was $40. In the morning, our flight was at 12:00pm, but to avoid paying for an Uber again, we went early at 9am. Breakfast area is also small, so it was very crowded in the morning, we didn’t have anywhere to sit.

The location is near the airport but because we have two kids it was ideal for having quiet during the night. The kitchen in the room was very useful for preparing the food for all of us.

We didn’t know that we can’t t order any meal anytime in the room, so it was difficult to find something to eat when we arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon. You can buy something from the reception but if you are a family it would be disappointing if you hadn’t thought about buying anything from the centre of San Francisco, before you go to the hotel.

The location of the property was very prime and comfortable for anyone with a car. The cleaning in the room was good and the rooms looked smelled and felt new.

We had problem parking at night's, the rooms were missing a lot of essentials and a lot of the things were stolen. The breakfast was horrible, and the management did nothing to control the crowd. No weighting scale even though it is a airport hotel

Everything was great! Clean, well-maintained. Breakfast was good. Employees were friendly and helpful. There was coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 I think. Spacious room.

Although the breakfast offerings were good, they only have one employee working there. Poor man was refilling everything and just couldn’t keep up with the demand. As a result, things were empty for a while. If you’re trying to get breakfast before rushing off to an appointment, you will probably be late or have to leave hungry. When I came down at 8, eggs and potatoes were empty, waffle batter ran empty soon after…

We had a great stay—Kyle from the front desk was incredibly helpful, the room was surprisingly spacious, and the kids loved the breakfast and indoor pool.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn’t bother us too much.

I have been staying at this hotel for over over 10 years now, both for business and family vacations, it is always clean and inviting. Fred the breakfast host is one of my favorite people, always in a good mood, willing to help with anything he can to make you happy, the man is the reason we keep coming back. I don't know what they pay the man but it's not enough. Fred you area absolute rock star, thank you for everything you do.

The breakfast was awesome. Internet was excellent. TV easy to figure out. Check-in and check-out were quick. We've stayed here over the years and will stay here when we pass through again.

The bus pickup was okay. Only between 5am and 9am and 5pm and 9pm. It is the same for the other hotels in the area. Had to book an Uber for the departure to the airport. Have to call the front desk to let them know you're ready for pickup.

Property was clean, and in a great location.

The pool needs someone to monitor it on a daily basis. There were many days we could not go in because there were large groups of unmonitored teenagers in the pool. The pool had to get shut down and drained for the remaining time of our visit.

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good! Unlimited coffee ofcourse

I can here when someone talking outside the room, banging of doors. And I'm not sure if the pool is clean. It's kinda blurry but we use it anyway, my kids enjoyed

Pillows were awful. Being next to the train tracks it was difficult to stay asleep due to the noise. No good restaurant on site or close
