Fine hotel in South SFO. An average 4* hotel, comfortable and clean. Personnel was fine also. South SFO is not the place to go if you wish to visit downtown of course, but very close to the airport and efficient if you have business in the area. A restaurant "The Landing" is available in the hotel: OK.

Can be quite noisy due to the proximity of the airport (night flights) but even more due to plumbing/water noises. Also, be ready to wait for at least 3-4 minutes until warm water reaches your room, but at the end, you get warm water in the shower. 2 king size beds in the room, but would have appreciated an additional armchair to be able not to rest only on the bed.

Short overnight stay in San Fran and this did the trick. Airport shuttle is useful, try and get the timings right to avoid a long wait. Rooms were spacious, bed was huge, the shower was amazing! Loved the bedroom & bathroom on the whole. Great little 24 hour shop for food/drink on-site, we ordered Uber Eats to the room door so that was a nice touch. The hot cookies on arrival from the front-desk were fantastic.

Airport shuttle times leaving the hotel are great, but getting to the hotel needs a little more detail. It's a free shuttle so really can't complain.

I really like how clean are room was and if we had any questions or concerns we could get help from the front desk. The room was very nice.

The one thing that I didn’t like is that there was no microwave in are hotel room so my boyfriend and I went down to the main lobby area to used the one they have there. It took 6 minutes to heat up my soup that was really cold.

i like it’s close proximity to the airport and food

upon checking in, I was told that they weren’t gonna charge me for parking and when i checked out i was charged for all of it and then some other fees and such just because the convention was next door. it also didn’t match what i was quoted to pay per booking.com

The cleaning staff for the 3rd floor is excellent! This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The baseboards, bathrooms, walls…a very throughout cleaning staff. The staff at the front desk and lounge were also great! Very helpful and friendly. It was also very easy to get an uber to get into the city from the property.

Very nice hotel. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Everything was nice and new. I liked shower and appreciated a shelf below the vanity for storage.

The room was horribly dark!! We could barely see. The lighting included modern fixtures (1 bedside lamp, one bedside sconce, 1 torchiere floor lamp, I desk lamp) but none of them gave enough light. Really really bad lighting!

Hotel was located to easily get to wherever I needed to go in the city. Beds were very comfortable.

You are required to pay for parking at the hotel. I’ve never had to pay for parking on a Hotel’s property before. Prices for the room are high enough and parking should be included. Also most nice hotels I have stayed at include a continental breakfast. There was no continental breakfast included.

It’s a great stop for our early fight.

We had breakfast which was Included but because we needed to leave at 5am we did not even get a box or coffee. It would be a nice gesture for travelers leaving before breakfast is open.

I liked the bed sizes and the bathroom layout. It was my first time staying at this hotel so I was a bit confused on where the entrance was but I was able to find it, and I also enjoyed the parking. I felt that my car was safe and I could rest well knowing this.

I got a little lost trying to find my room or an elevator, if someone said to take the elevator then I might not have heard but that would be my only dislike.

I got there really late at night. There is a young woman who was managing it and she is super good. This person is so kind to have helped me and showed me how to use the food facilities. With her I give the place a 10.
