We stayed here bc for the weekend we were mostly in Sonoma but had a 630am flight out of SFO so needed to be close for the early wake up. I was legit surprised how clean the property was. Sometimes places by the airport are meh at best but easy check in and out. They have us 2 bottles of Kirkland water at check in which was nice. If you are someone who just needs a place to sleep and wind down before heading out to larger Bay Area or like we did, get up v early to hit airport, I’d recommend this place

If I had to change something, maybe a shuffle that runs to the cal train stop. It’s not safe to walk from that property to the south San Fran cap trIn stop bc it’s very industrial and heavy traffic area with no sidewalks but a shuttle to and from there would have been nice

The king room was really spacious and the bathroom fully accessible. The hotel situated close to the airport and also 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station. With the train took 15 minutes to reach the city centre. The staff was very kind and helpful and we even received a small welcome package.

The breakfast was rather basic with very limited options.

We selected this hotel based on the free breakfast and airport shuttle. When we arrived, we were extremely disappointed to find that the shuttle only ran early in the morning or later in afternoon, due to the surplus of hotels in this area that need to share a singe shuttle. On hearing our disappointment, the hotel graciously paid for our Uber to the airport. The breakfast was excellent and the service was first class.

Get rid of the motion detector bathroom light! Who wants a bright light to come on in the middle of the night when you are blearily going in to do your business.

Clean, decent sized room, comfy bed and the staff were really friendly. Decent spread provided for breakfast (eggs, sausages, breads, muffins, yoghurt etc) and although no kettle in the room, you could get tea and coffee downstairs throughout most of the day.

Warning: we booked this partly for the free airport shuttle as weren’t picking our hire car up for a couple of days. Turns out they only run it between certain hours. We ended up having to wait 2 hours for them to start up again at 5:30pm. The alternatives were to walk (1.5hrs down a really busy road with no sidewalk) or fork out for an Uber (not always possible if you’re from abroad as signal is so poor by the airport). Hotel just confirmed they could provide shuttle for us on booking but really they should’ve listed the times they run.

Location was good. Staff friendly.

We took 1 hour to wait for a shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Standing for that amount of time on a cold evening was irritating. Following day around Noon asked for a shuttle bus to return to airport. Not available!! Despite your advertising. Had to take a taxi.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to get us checked in, in a short amount of time even with the amount of people that were arriving at the hotel.

The room was not completely clean, we found what looked like makeup on the pillow and some dirt on the bed sheets.

As far as airport hotels or hotels in the airport vicinity is concerned, this is one of the best we have seen. Rooms felt new and were large. The property was quite open, bright and airy too unlike airport hotels. Lovely bunch of people there too who assisted us with restaurant reccos and the free airport shuttle too. Overall, great value for money.

Nothing as such.

The staff at check-in was very nice, the hotel rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed being able to see the planes taking off from the airport. And even though you are as close to the airport the noise wasn’t very loud. They also have a great breakfast!!

Steady WiFi; very spacious bedroom n bathroom; Clean; very helpful staff; laundromat on site; super convenient to get on highway 101.

The breakfast is same everyday. That's the only thing I am not okay with. rest of them are very good.
