Friendly and Bilingual staff Free Airport Shuttle every 45min. Next to Denny restaurant just in case you miss their breakfast.

I guess they have two sides the main hotel and the others on the back. Unfortunately, we were dropped off since we were flying out. So we had to drag all of our luggage and children to the other location in the back, passed the train tracks. So kinda ehhhh, I had no idea. Also , the noise those doors make from other people slamming them. Breakfast was meh. The television remote didn't work.

We had a terrible day with flights being canceled in Chicago. Had to run( i needed a wheelchair) to get to a connected flight in 5 minutes. We thought we were going to sleep in airport. I even tried to cancel our reservation at La Quinta. When we finally got to La Quinta. Thank you for the Shuttle, that is a difficult job, dealing all sorts of people. IVY was at the front desk. I tried to see if his name was on the staff list to give him a tip. Couldn't find it. He was great getting us a room that was closer, so I didn't have to do much walking. He was so kind and very helpful. Thank you........

Not anyone's fault, but food was running out because so many people eating at the same time. Sunday must be the biggest day for breakfast. I do appreciate a good breakfast.

I always stay here when I visit San Francisco and I’m always very happy, because the property it’s always clean.

I booked a deluxe king room, I showed up and I get a 2 queen bed room. The girl at the front desk said that’s all they have and if I wanted to cancel? Of course not! The fee when booking it’s different between each other, not a lot but there is a difference. I asked why I was not called to be notified? and I guess after so many stays my phone is not on their records! That was my only bump. Also she could have been more friendly and empathetic, I work customer service and it does make a difference. She needs to cheer up a bit more and not work like a robot.

I was surprised that I had to pay for parking. When I explained to the hotel manager that I was only there for six hours checking in at 10 PM and leaving at 3:30 AM for a 6 AM flight she gave me a parking voucher which I appreciated. I found that she was very reasonable.

When I parked in a parking space at building B. I was rushing in the dark at 3:30 AM and luckily I didn't hit a truck that was parked along the curb in back of me. I barely had room to back out. I didn't realize those were designated Parking spaces since they weren't marked.

I liked everything honestly except 3 very minor things.... Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and very spacious. Great location. We were moving to the East Coast and needed something close to the airport, pet friendly and big enough to fit us comfortably.

1) smoke detector in bedroom with 2 queen beds was hanging from ceiling. Not sure if it works. 2) interior door knob of same bedroom kept falling off. 3)sofa in living room was very saggy to sit on.

The location is great, convenient for those with early flights. Shuttle runs often. The coffee bar was empty when we got there, and the front desk quickly took care of the refill when we let them know. Comfy bed.

Thin walls. If you are a light sleeper and unlucky enough to have restless guests nearby, you won't get much sleep. The parking used to be included a few years ago; it felt pricy ($21.60 for 24h) considering there aren't any obvious improvements like additional protection from the elements or security.

Newer hotel with airport shuttle next to a Denny's was a perfect solution when our flight was delayed overnight. They also provided breakfast.

We stayed in room 307. The new carpet was stained with bleach which looks really tacky. I believe that this could be fixed with some of the right colored Sharpie. I fix stains all the time on my clothes with colored Sharpies. It was annoying that there was no hair drier. I called the desk and requested one, but housekeeping never brought it. When I tried to take a hot shower, it never got really hot.

I liked the free shuttle was available to transport to and from the hotel. You can also use the shuttle to get off at other stops if you do not want to spend money on an Uber or want to go to another food spot other then the Denny’s they share the same parking lot with the hotel. The staff were very kind. For this to be a last minute booking for a layover my room was nice.

The location isn’t the greatest it was so far from everything. But it cannot be helped

The new wing is separate from main building so I had to drag my suitcase across the railway tracks. They should have a golf cart to help people that don’t have cars. If I had a car it would not be a problem. The lady at the counter tried desperately to find me a room in the main building but no luck. The shuttle service to and from from the airport is reliable but comes every 45 minutes. So hard to wait for it when you are at the airport. The Uber added $25 to the cost one way.

The rooms were clean & updated. The breakfast was good & was pretty busy. I would stay here again but request to be in the main building.

I didn’t know it was a separate building from the main one so it made coming for breakfast a trek. It was a little sketchy feeling because the building was secluded but the room made up for it. There is a homeless camp under the bridge between the hotels as well. We did not use the pool because it was too windy and cool to be outside.
