When I booked the room I was not aware that I had to pay for parking.

We honestly love this property. It’s been kept up over the years and is immaculate. We love the view in the dining room and especially love their famous gin and tonics. Loved the bartender. She was wonderful and was able to get great hamburgers and fries and carried up to my room and then the breakfast best omelette I’ve eaten. Everything is at a cost, so it is a little pricey, but probably worth it

Seems like they have gotten skimpy on the mini bar and a coffee. They only give you one regular caffeinated coffee even though there’s two people you have to ask for more they give you two super tiny bottles of water. We had just come back from an international trip and three hours of Exhausting travel. Staff kind of acted like I was putting them out when I asked to have more coffee. Disappointed that we were in a room overlooking the volleyball court instead of the water, but they were at capacity so I get it . It was a quiet, wonderful restful night sleep

We had such a great time during our stay! We just wanted to give a special shoutout to Renee at the front desk, she was absolutely lovely. From our first phone call to the moment we checked in, she made everything feel easy and welcoming. Her warmth and positive energy really stood out and set the tone for our whole experience. Honestly, it says a lot about the kind of hospitality your hotel offers. We also had breakfast at the buffet, and Ryan took great care of us. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. Everyone we interacted with was kind and friendly. Cathy, especially, greeted us with such a warm smile every time we passed by, and it never went unnoticed. The room was spotless, too. Huge thanks to the housekeeping team, whoever cleaned our room did an amazing job. All in all, we truly loved our stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

This is my favorite hotel in the entire Bay Area. I love it's location as it's a bit removed from the craziness that is SF but close enough where it's easy to get back to the city quickly. I also love the EV chargers and appreciate being able to wake up to a full charge. The bathroom and showers are fantastic as well, as I prefer a hotel with a removable shower head to get as clean as possible after a long day of travelling. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are plentiful and they give you a mix of soft and thicker pillows as well which is nice. Overall this is an exceptional value for the Bay Area. It's safe, quiet, has a great walking trail right outside the door, great staff, great rooms and aesthetics, and just feels like a great place to home to.

My only complaint is that I wish the rooms were just a bit more insulated. They aren't loud per se but you can sometimes hear people walking above you which is such a bummer because it's an almost perfect hotel. Nothing you can do about it though and I still would not stay anywhere else when I visit the Bay Area.

Staff were very nice, my kids loved the pool, room was nice, loved the bay view.

We were very disappointed that the restaurant no longer offers french toast. We talked about it for the first two days because the picture in the elevator is amazing. The DJ only played a couple hours, we came down to check it out but she left 2 hours early. The creme brulee was not good. Those items are very minor, the stay in hotel was great. But please change the picture in the elevator or bring back French toast!

The room and bathroom were clean and just the right size. I was also impressed with the smart tv. When the toilet was not flushing well. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance right away. I also like the complimentary bottled water and coffee. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the hotels major amenities like the indoor pool, the bar, restaurant etc.

The pillows were too flat. Even if there were two per person. I guess, I just love fluffy pillows. And I wish there was a complimentary breakfast.

Outside the city, but close for Uber trips into the city. The staff were lovely, accommodating, and very friendly. The property is new, modern, and felt secure and safe. The room was plenty large enough for four adults and all of our luggage. We very much appreciated the late check out and that the property is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a Starbucks. It’s in a corporate development location so it was quiet without noisy neighbors. Our room overlooked the harbor and even though we were a mere seven minutes from the airport, you couldn’t hear any airplane noise.

The sliding door for the bathroom.. it’s more of a personal preference, but these kinds of doors aren’t the most private option. Totally a personal preference, but other than that - the rooms are comfortable and the shower was wonderful.

i like the none carpet flooring, clean room and also location of the hotel with nearby Starbuck and some restaurants. Near the SFO airport as well.

I am not too much of the fan on the noise containment. I hear footsteps upstairs and also the AC was on and off. Staff at the counter provide one lotion when i asked for 3 sets of toiletries. lights are little dim in the room.

Overall the hotel was lovely. We had a stunning view of the bay and the room was clean. We had breakfast at the downstairs restaurant both Saturday and Sunday morning and it was delicious!

We think the AC system in our room didn’t work because it was warm and humid in there the whole weekend despite turning the temp all way down to 60F. There also wasn’t a fan in the bathroom.

Very convenient near the airport but also in a lovely setting near the ocean . Comfortable and nicely designed room.

The rooms were not cleaned and we were not informed at check in that we had to request if we wanted them cleaned . There was a problem of ventilation in the lobby - strong smell of fried food from the restaurant.
