This is my favorite hotel in the entire Bay Area. I love it's location as it's a bit removed from the craziness that is SF but close enough where it's easy to get back to the city quickly. I also love the EV chargers and appreciate being able to wake up to a full charge. The bathroom and showers are fantastic as well, as I prefer a hotel with a removable shower head to get as clean as possible after a long day of travelling. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are plentiful and they give you a mix of soft and thicker pillows as well which is nice. Overall this is an exceptional value for the Bay Area. It's safe, quiet, has a great walking trail right outside the door, great staff, great rooms and aesthetics, and just feels like a great place to home to.

My only complaint is that I wish the rooms were just a bit more insulated. They aren't loud per se but you can sometimes hear people walking above you which is such a bummer because it's an almost perfect hotel. Nothing you can do about it though and I still would not stay anywhere else when I visit the Bay Area.

The room and bathroom were clean and just the right size. I was also impressed with the smart tv. When the toilet was not flushing well. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance right away. I also like the complimentary bottled water and coffee. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the hotels major amenities like the indoor pool, the bar, restaurant etc.

The pillows were too flat. Even if there were two per person. I guess, I just love fluffy pillows. And I wish there was a complimentary breakfast.

Outside the city, but close for Uber trips into the city. The staff were lovely, accommodating, and very friendly. The property is new, modern, and felt secure and safe. The room was plenty large enough for four adults and all of our luggage. We very much appreciated the late check out and that the property is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a Starbucks. It’s in a corporate development location so it was quiet without noisy neighbors. Our room overlooked the harbor and even though we were a mere seven minutes from the airport, you couldn’t hear any airplane noise.

The sliding door for the bathroom.. it’s more of a personal preference, but these kinds of doors aren’t the most private option. Totally a personal preference, but other than that - the rooms are comfortable and the shower was wonderful.

Overall the hotel was lovely. We had a stunning view of the bay and the room was clean. We had breakfast at the downstairs restaurant both Saturday and Sunday morning and it was delicious!

We think the AC system in our room didn’t work because it was warm and humid in there the whole weekend despite turning the temp all way down to 60F. There also wasn’t a fan in the bathroom.

Loved the room. Very spacious, beautiful and the view was gorgeous. The Room was clean. We were able to order food from the downstairs restaurant and they called us when it was ready to pick up. Loved that there was an area for a microwave, Ice machine and water station along with areas to put your trash.

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spacious room longer.

Very convenient near the airport but also in a lovely setting near the ocean . Comfortable and nicely designed room.

The rooms were not cleaned and we were not informed at check in that we had to request if we wanted them cleaned . There was a problem of ventilation in the lobby - strong smell of fried food from the restaurant.

The location was great for us. We were attending an event close by.

Parking was not a good experience. The lot is way too small for the size of your facility. I circled the building twice. Finally dropping my family off at the lobby’s doors while I continued search for a place to park.

It looked like a very new facility at the time of our stay. Clean, modern and comfortable. Front reception staff was nice and helpful. We had breakfast and the breakfast area had an amazing view. Food was fine.

Only thing I did not like was the noise from air duct. It was a very windy day and the noise from wind woke me up sometimes. Everything else was perfect.

I really enjoy the hotel. We when to the bar area the bartender was vary friendly. And the drinks was on point.The outside patio was beautiful. But unfortunately for us it rain hold weekend, so some of the thin we came for, we was under able to do, but we still had fun.

The ice machine on the 3 floor need fix. Other then that. We really enjoy are self.

The hotel is modern and stylish and in a great location--right on an inlet of the bay, and close to the 101. Our room had a gorgeous view of the bay. All of the staff were lovely.

The pillows were terrible--long pillowcases with thinly stuffed pillows that gave zero support. The $7 coffee in the lobby was quite a rip-off.
