Good selection for breakfast, very clean and comfortable room. Really appreciated the spaciousness of the room. Had all the amenities you might need. Really glad to see the use of sustainable bath products that were available in the bathroom.

Front desk was hard to access due to the construction but hopefully this will be over soon. There was a weird smell in the corridors and it seemed like it might be from the cleaners used to cover up pet odors. Luckily the room we were in was fine and smelled great!

House keeping is poor.

We stayed for about a week as a family while our home was under renovation. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very satisfying. The only disappointment was housekeeping. Although the hotel itself was overall clean, whenever we requested housekeeping there were always not enough towels, and the cleaning was not very thorough. Compared to other hotels, it felt somewhat lacking.

I like the fact that the room is big. The shower is pretty roomy for too. The area is really quiet which is nice you can fall asleep easily if any little sound wakes you up. There’s a target close by so if you forget anything it’s really easy and cheap to go get it from there. I love it when it gives you the option to check in early.

There’s a lot of construction going on, which makes it a little hard to figure out. Where is the new temporary“front” is at. The beds there although nice it’s too firm on my body. It feels like I’m sleeping on a bunch of cardboard.

The location is amazing. There is shopping, food and transportation near by a bus stops right in front of the hotel. The staff was VERY friendly. The room was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was good except the pork links don't eat those other than that great breakfast options.

I wasn't able to connect to the WI-FI. Also we stayed for 4 days and right when I checked in I informed them of the tv remote not working. They never came so we had to manually turn on off the TV use the cable box to change channels etc. Not really a deal breaker but I wasn't pleased with the we will get someone there and it never happened.

Accommodated perfect for my mom's difficulty with tubs the bathroom was exceptional in size with walk-in shower with seat and on the first floor. Front desk Staff was very help at our check in. And as we learned as we get Mom settled I had to use the restroom but with one twist and pull the knob to the restroom was now in my hand. 💡I noticed the cleaning crew still had their laundry door open and I immediately was met with maintenance who replaced the knob, but noticed there was probably too many paint layers as the door would rub. So other then that I'm glad the hot tub was working and warm my boys loved it.

The staff is friendly and attentive, love that we can sit outside our sliding glass door, large room, love the hot tub and laundry option. Breakfast is good.

It is hard finding the lobby entrance at first and it makes deliveries difficult. I am sure that it will be easier once the remodeling is complete. Also wish there was more handicap parking, but other than that we are highly satisfied here.

Pool area very nice, could use more cleaning. Room was large, soundproofing very good, breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional but decent. This is a very large facility, being renovated. I hope they do away with carpet in the rooms. Location was convenient and safe.

Bedding could be upgraded. Bed was comfortable tho. Lighting was poor, room was very dark. Add to that the very dark carpet.

Love the new remodel! The Complimentary Breakfast is one of the best additions to getting a room here.

There was a musty stench in our room that got better with the air conditioner on but that meant leaving the a/c on the entire time we were there. The pool and hot tub seemed to be closed at night, wish it would stay open. I will still return and always stay here when in town.

The comfort of the room. I couldn’t wait to get back in bed. I didn’t have a tub so I really couldn’t relax that much due to me having a shower.its a good idea to keep the pts on the first floor and no other floor.

The first floor, I know that that’s where the pets are. It needs to have the carpets downstairs cleaned at least twice a month to keep the smell down.

Location close to restaurants and big Target next door. Breakfast was excellent with waffle machines. Real value for money if you don't want to spend too much but have a decent room with food.

Hotel property is a bit dated with construction work happening. I stayed on the pet floor and the room smelt of pets.
