The cleanliness, the staff very efficient very prompt, the breakfast was terrific. The service was great the premises in the hotel very nice and clean, elegant, swimming pool was nice, but it was cold. It might need warming. Please warm it up so we can come back we love going to a hotel that has a swimming pool so that we can relax and enjoy our time together with family. There was only two of us my sister and I we bonded a lot more at this stay. Thank you so much for all of you.

Pool was cold. It’s an indoor pool. The sun was not shiny indoors so I could could use warm in the pool. Smoke detector flashing too much at night very disturbing. The vent for the heating was loud however I spoke with the manager Tina and she took care of everything. Everything work well for the next night thank you, Tina.

Overall, the value of the property was great. The only inconvenience that I had was when I took my son to the pool. It was very obvious that there was a party in there who destroyed the area left towels and trash all over the place. it was around 9:30 PM or so and it was in very bad condition. My son said the pool smell like food mom we need to leave. I however, loved the location of the hotel outside it was great and the staff was amazing and catering. Every time I needed help. this hotel is a value for its money and definitely would recommend and go again.

Great location near San Francisco airport. The shuttle runs every 30 mins with the last one leaving the hotel at 12:30 am. (Just 1 night, with a flight out next day.) Coffee in the room was a plus. I stayed in room 1317 which was a quiet location at the end of the hall. (Slept well.) Staff and shuttle drivers all friendly and helpful even after midnight. The text messages were helpful in getting me to correct location at airport to get the shuttle.

The lamp on the desk wasn't working correctly. Reported at check out.

The room was so tidy and clean. I chose this hotel largely due to its cheerful yellow interior, and I really liked it. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and I liked the strong water pressure of the shower. Its location is superb with the Bayfront views and the trail is lovely for a stroll. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and their service of holding your luggage is most appreciated. And, their shuttle service is excellent. Such a great hotel!!!!

The aircon was so loud that I had to turn it off when I went to bed. The bath tub was tiny for someone like me who is 160 cm tall.

It’s located right on the water with walking trails very close to the hotel. The views are beautiful. The restaurant is amazing. The breakfast buffet is fresh and the staff are very nice. Breakfast was included with the price of the room. The front desk staff were very helpful and there’s an airport shuttle that runs every 30 min. It’s well worth the rate with all the extras you get from staying here. I stayed here last August and coming back this year was exactly the same quality of experience. Highly recommended!

The rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to get adjoined rooms for the family. There is a fantastic walking / jogging path along the bay (with a great view of the airport and the take-off / landings). It was perfect for stretching our legs after a long drive from Napa. It was also fantastic to have the kids out to explore for the two hours before catching our flight (that really helped them chill out on the long-haul flight). We heard no Airport noise, but it was only minutes from the airport. Airport shuttle was super convenient. Staff was super helpful and cheerful.

Parking onsite was $20 Their restaurant was closed in the afternoon.

I like the fact that it was easy to get to the rooms were big and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I love the fact that I receive text messages checking on me if I needed anything and how my day was going.

Since I was out late, it was hard to get parking in the lot so I had to park by the wall with the rest of the other people

Location to the airport.

The shallower head in room 412 was stuck facing the wall, and I couldn't move it. Also, drain was exceptionally slow, possibly clogged. Housekeeping is not checking drain on a regular basis. Carpeting needs to be replaced due to many ripples in the raised carpet in several places. Considering the cost of the rooms per night, it would appear this hotel can afford some new carpet

i liked that is had a shuttle to airport. I also liked the size of the room and the style of the room. The bathroom was a nice size. The room was very clean.

The front desk staff could have been more friendly & customer service driven when i was checking out at 4 am. There wasn't anyone behind the front desk and when they finally came out I felt as if i was interrupting them, no smiles, no good morning and they did not provide me a courtesy bottle of water when I asked for it after checking out. The bed was not as comfortable as i was expecting.

We traveled from the east coast to San Francisco for a family reunion to celebrate with my mother-in-law her 95th birthday. Imagine with all the activities, we needed a place where we could relax in our own secluded setting. Furthermore, we wanted the convenience of being a close distance from SFO airport, due to our flight being early in the morning. The place is excellent. It does have the feel of a business hotel, however the staff is excellent and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the suite had a small sitting area, and we had a garden view. The bathrooms are spacious and in general the whole suite was exceptionally clean. In San Francisco you always must take into consideration access to parking spacy if planning to drive. The property has plenty of space and for a low rate.
