Great location near SFO and the Millbrae BART station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, modern rooms. Lots of parking.

They really should provide a shuttle to the airport. It’s sort of annoying to have to take a $20+ Uber from the airport and back. I get that there’s also a BART station there, but even that isn’t cheap and it can be tricky to navigate for some people. Also, we had a very early flight so the BART wasn’t even running. The Uber from the airport to the hotel cost $43 and it took 7 min.

The hotel is quite new and so the rooms are quite modern with ample furnishings and equipment. The proximity to SFO via BART is excellent, only 10mins to the airport. Residence Inn Millbrae is also a decent place to base yourself in if one travels north to SF downtown or south to Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Mountain View and the rest of Silicon Valley. The BART and Caltrain transport options are great.

Can't say enough good things about this place. One of the safest, cleanest, nicest places to stay (and park) in the SF area. Rooms are soundproof which is so impressive since the airport is right next door. Beds were so comfy, rooms immaculate, and the breakfast was amazing. Even had elevated outdoor patio space with runway views. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice building, excellent breakfast, helpful staff

The day prior to the stay your hotel invited me to check in early via internet. On doing so only one of two reserved rooms showed in your system. I called the hotel and was told only one room was reserved and I was about to be charged for a second room. Meanwhile I located the conf # of the original reservation…two rooms.

The staff were so so kind, I got off my 11 hour flight during which I had food poisoning and they kindly helped me find a banana which I could try to eat, at about 11PM at night! The location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry. The rooms were also so so comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like! If I had a very very minor thing it is the rooms are very dark - good for sleeping but a bit hard for seeing everything in your suitcase at night.

Loved breakfast setting, small but great quality. The outstanding friendliness of the breakfast staff, made the start of the day joyful and happy. Friendly and supportive receptionist staff and management, we had a misunderstanding with the parking fees and they were quick to fix the issue in a very positive way. Kudos to the room service and maintenance team, extreme cleanliness in rooms and overall facilities (from gym, pool, laundry). Great location, by Millbrae Caltrain, and close to SFO Airport (but zero airplane noise!!), high speed free internet and access to Netflix (if you have an account). Pet friendly, it comes with an (understandingly) extra cleaning fee but it's great being able to have our dog with us. Oh and the open spaces to socialize, cool or chill with a glass of wine are awesome too!! (though I hope people won't read this, and they will remain uncrowded ;-) )

The corner room facing rollings / crossing has in my view excessive traffic noise during the day (compared to what we are used to, as we don't live in the city, now if you live in a bit city noise is normal levels) Having said that it is quite peaceful at night, so no issues sleeping. :)

Breakfast was great. The room was way bigger than expected. Location was amazing, we were taking a flight the next day, so close enough to the airport and quite a few restaurants close enough to be walking distance.

Only thing I'd do better would be the cleanliness of some things at the breakfast buffet. For example, the cabinetry on top of the waffle machine was full of dust, I could notice while I was waiting for my waffles to be ready.

Breakfast was ok- our 2nd stay we had to leave before it was ready, but they did have coffee available. The rooms were amazing and my husband, who can't lay flat to sleep, was able to rest very comfortably on the couch in our room

Airport shuttles would be helpful. Pricing seemed extremely high, but the facilities were beautiful. A little disappointing there is no restaurant/bar in the hotel.

Large modern and clean room. Very well appointed bathroom and furnishings. Competitive price. Very close to the airport. (I didn’t use the Bart connection so I can’t speak for that.)

Breakfast starts at 7am, so you will miss it if you have an early flight. I would have appreciated grab and go options for this of us checking out before 7am.

Breakfast was amazing! Waffles, hot options, toast and bagels, oatmeal, cereal, all sorts of toppings, yoghurt, juice, great coffee and fresh fruit. We loved the pool! The gym was well equipped. Staff were happy to help. And location by the BART station made getting around easy.
