A free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was provided. The shuttle services 4 different hotels and leaves the first hotel on the hour until 11 pm. Communication with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle was easy, and they provided times for each stop at the different terminals. The shuttle came right on time. The room was spacious enough for our overnight stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The beds were comfortable with plenty of large, comfy pillows! Although we noted there would be 4 people, we had to go downstairs and ask for an additional towel for the 4th person. Not a big deal, but it's such a small hotel that it appears only one person is working the night shift. There is a medium-sized fridge, a little larger than a typical hotel fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a vending machine available for snacks with cookies, chips, ramen, etc. We had to leave a 6 am, just before their free breakfast, so I'm unable to comment on that. Check-out was easy, we just had to leave the room key in a small box on the front desk counter.

Wish breakfast were available earlier. We were able to grab coffee before leaving for our early flight but it was a little too early for food.

I honestly didn't book this hotel with super high expectations but our family turned out to be happy about the experience. It's a great location ~10min from SFO, which was also perfect for our road trip and it's not too hard to get into the city as well. Bonus point for free parking and this is partially why we picked here instead of SF. The room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was decent too!

It would be great if the front desk staff could let us know that we need to specifically ask for room cleaning, as it doesn't seem to be their default.

Everything. We stayed one night before flying out. From check in to departure, the staff and the room exceeded expectations. And we could leave our vehicle for a week at a great daily rate.

Location could have been better but the price was great.

Staff were great, giving me a great recommendation for dinner at the Mexican restuarant across the road, bed was comfy, rooms were spacious, and enjoyed the breakfast. The only downside is their shuttle doesn't run between 11 and 3 and as I had a flight at that time it I was a long wait to be picked up. Had I known this at the booking stage, rather than after I would have thought twice about booking.

They have upgraded several features since we were there three months ago. They now have a high-quality coffee, including a medium roast available in the dining room and appropriately kept in a thermos rather than a hot plate to maintain quality. Coffee in the morning should always be light or medium roast because it has more caffeine and personally,to me, tastes better than dark roast. They also have added a cheese omelette, which was easy to like as a hot dish. In the room, don’t miss the feature of a nightlight built into the hairdryer, which needs to be turned on by a switch. There is little worse than getting up in the middle of the night and needing to turn on a blinding light in the bathroom, which can instantly wake you up and ruin your sleep the rest of the night. Many of the best hotels overlook or turn a blind eye to the importance of a nightlight. Finally, I want to mention that there is a very good Mexican restaurant across the street from the hotel with a great atmosphere and wide menu of drinks and food . Currently they have a $10 off coupon available in the hotel lobby if you spend $40 or more.

There is no fancy lobby to sit around waiting for the shuttle bus nor exercise room, but it would be unfair to expect this in a very moderately priced hotel at the airport.

Efficient checkin. Helpful staff. Lifts to room. Very clean and spacious room (we had King room) . Had all the essentials for overnight stay. Excellent shower and hot water. Simple but Organised breakfast. Airport shuttle was on time.

We arrived after 9pm and had not eaten an evening meal . Next time we will know to stop and buy something to eat in room as no restaurant or food to buy at hotel. There was a Takeaway diner of sorts across the road but did not feel comfortable to go across at that time of night .

Very comfortable beds, nice large room. Very close to SFO and really appreciate the shuttle which was running from 4am to 11pm on the hour.

We have stayed here multiple times in the past and felt it was a great value near the airport. Prices have gone up considerably since last summer with no additional amenities offered so the value is not there like before. Still a great place to stay if you can afford it.

The place was very nice and comfortable. However, I sent an email at 8:30 AM asking if there would be a chance to check in early as we would be in town sooner than expected. I received no response. When we arrived 1.5 hours before “check in time”, I asked if we could and he said it would be an extra $25 for early check in. Not that $25 is going to break me but if they had responded to my initial request, we could have found something to occupy our time longer.

We booked this hotel mainly for the free 4AM airport shuttle, and it delivered on that. But the staff was also professional and courteous, the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. The hotel is also within walking distance of many interesting restaurants (we had some very good Chinese food). In-room coffee maker was handy for the early wake-up.

Nothing really--it's not a fancy place but gets the job done.
